Very frustrating experience.

My order was canceled three times, each time with a different credit card, all with correct information. I have never had this issue with any other online store.

What’s most concerning is that I was repeatedly asked to provide my credit card details, yet the orders kept getting canceled without a clear explanation. I even offered to pay in-store, but that option was not accepted.

This raises serious concerns about how customer information is handled. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

Their products are Made in China, with poor quality control. The DOMINGO coffee table came with dowels made from rotten wood, and the coffee table's curved, wood veneer split from the particle board. The LEON sofa frame contained blackened, rotten wood that looks like driftwood or reclaimed wood from a landfill. Their customer service said these did not qualify as manufacturing defects and refused to admit fault, even though I reported the issues within 24 hours of delivery. I submitted negative reviews for these products, but Reddit comments indicate that they censor negative product reviews on their website.

Absolutely the worst customer service

The customer service is absolutely terrible. They have no interest in helping coordinate a return. When they do answer the phone, the person on the other end says they will need to call back with a plan?? A plan for returning an item? Shouldn't that be a straightforward part of the business model? And when you do get a reply several days later, they tell you to return the item in a different city than where you are located??? I used to have high praise for their items but their customer service could not be poorer and an absolute deterrent for future purchases.

The worst customer service and delivery experience I’ve ever had

TERRIBLE customer service and even worse delivery service. Paid $100 ontop of the cost of the couch for delivery. No call ahead to advise of when they would delivery my couch, they showed up and called me from some random number under the name “yoko fukata” and left no voice message, then emailed me the next day saying I had to pay another $100 because I wasn’t there to receive my order. When I spoke to costumer service and told them what happened they just kept repeating that the driver was there. After multiple back and forth attempts at trying to explain that they hadn’t upheld their policy i eventually just gave up. Multiple hours lost, I’m down $100 and I cancelled my order because I couldn’t believe how awful my experience was with them. I wouldn’t be surprised if this company went out of business. They used to be a lot better to deal with.

Customer service is not their forte—Management is the bottleneck.


I am deeply disappointed in the lack of leadership at this company. I am currently dealing with a physical safety hazard involving my Ravel bed, yet the Case Manager is actively blocking a resolution.
Instead of leading their team by example to solve a simple issue, this manager is refusing to provide a $5 replacement slat unless I provide the private purchase information of a former roommate who has moved out of the country. It is unprofessional to demand a privacy breach of a third party just to address a safety risk.
As a loyal customer who has had executive-level support in the past, it’s shocking to see how far the standards have fallen. Management should be sets the tone for helpfulness; instead, they are the ones creating the most friction.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Structube is the absolute worst company to deal with. We ordered chairs that had a delivery date of about 4 weeks from date of purchase, it took 8 weeks to come in. No problem. The quality is terrible, literal junk, its like the chairs were made from scrap wood. So, naturally i wanted a refund. The refund process is another nightmare/disaster. I started my refund process on January 5th 2026, I finally received my refund today, February 2nd. Almost a month after and the headache they gave us during the return was crazy. They wouldn't let me drop off the chairs to a structube location nearby (which the one store makes sense because it permanently closed the week after i asked lol). But they only accept returns to stores if the store allows it, the only way we could return the chairs, was by their pickup service which they charged us $80 for. They had 25 other deliveries or pick ups that day in our area, so that was a scam. The emails back and forth were ridiculous, I am not exaggerating when I say there must have been at least 50 emails back and forth about our refund, how they would inspect the chairs and make sure items aren't damaged, they needed photos, photos of original packaging, I had 7 days to make a claim, i didn't hear back from someone for 2 weeks after the claim was made, they tried to refund us with a gift card. It was the most inefficient return process I have ever been through. I highly recommend staying away from this company. No way this company stays in business much longer.

Meuble en mauvais état

J'ai acheté 2 tables de chevet et une commode en novembre, les meubles n'était pas en stock, ils ont pris le paiement complet en novembre et j'ai reçu mes meubles seulement en janvier. J'ai reçu ça endommagé et avec des mottes de colle sur le devant des tiroirs. Ils m'ont fait niaiser, remplie le formulaire, appel nous, envoie nous plus de photos (toujours avec des délais courts en heures) et à la fin me dire qu'ils ne feront rien pour moi, ils m'ont refilé des vidanges et je dois payer le prix du neuf et garder ça dans cet état. J'ai contacté l'OPC et je leur envoie une mise en demeure. N'achetez pas dans ce magasin.

Don't order

I purchased this unit from Structube and installed it exactly according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The doors were visibly crooked from the start. Assuming it might be an installation issue, I fully uninstalled and reinstalled the unit twice, carefully following all guidance, BUT the problem persisted every time.

I contacted Structube support and followed every troubleshooting step they suggested. None resolved the issue. I was then told the problem must be my floors. I provided clear photographic evidence showing both the floor and the unit itself are level.

Their explanation still made no sense: one door sits too high while the other sits too low, which is inconsistent with uneven flooring. This strongly suggests a manufacturing or door alignment defect.

I requested replacement doors which is a totally reasonable request. Structube refused, stating that “based on internal review” this could not be a manufacturing defect. When I asked how they reached that conclusion, they told me their reasoning was internal and could not be shared. Despite evidence disproving their claim, they continued to insist my floors were crooked or that the installation was at fault.

Their final offer for a clearly defective product was a $50 gift card.

This experience showed poor quality control, dismissive customer service, and a refusal to take responsibility even when presented with clear evidence. I would strongly caution anyone considering furniture purchases from Structube! Ff something arrives defective, you may be blamed rather than helped.

Be aware they don’t have actual inventory. 2 months + wait time

Be aware they don’t have much in stock although the sales at the store tells you so. I replaced my order 2 months ago being told it will arrive within 3 weeks from Quebec. Now after 2 months, still waiting. The customer service / sales rep doesn’t care other than making a sale to meet the quota. Absolutely no communication even an email notifying me any updates on my order. As they already took your money and deal with the after service yourself. I believe these guys have no money invested in inventory. After they take your payment then they place an actual order from their source likely far out in Asia, taking weeks to months to be shipped here over sea. Keeping a lean business with a few samples in the store front; while selling you something they never even have. Be aware! Unless you have months and months to wait for your furnitur; or else suggest some other more established brand names with real inventory and real customer service. Really bad customer experience !

Customer service is absolutely a hellish nightmare

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Ordering online works fine. Then the nightmare starts, trying to organize a delivery is hellish. Avoid this company. Customer service is threatening and rude. I don't even have the goods yet (sitting in their warehouse) and trying to cancel the order is a nightmare. I was so appalled by their attitude i opted to cancel even before it left their warehouse .. now they are unresponsive.

Desk

I ordered a desk. I loved the look and the size. The delivery folks put it in my home by rolling it end-over-end. One corner was damaged. One drawer had grease marks inside ( it came assembled) and one was hard to open. I asked for it to be replaced, they offered money, but I declined and told them I want a new desk. It's been over a month while I wait for them to decided what to do and they said it must be taken apart and put in the original packaging. This desk is large. The packing was recycled a month ago. Now they won't help me until I take it apart, pack it up with heavy duty plastic and cardboard with reinforced corners and then send them a photo. IF they approve they will start a new return and new delivery. The first delivery took weeks. I suggested putting the old one in the new packaging and they informed me that the delivery folks can't wait for me to do that. I told them I don't have access to reinforced cardboard corners. They basically said those are rules. I told them it feels like they are trying to get me to accept the cash offer to avoid the return process.

I will not order from them ever again.

Dining table cracking apart in less than 6 months!!

I purchased a dining table from Structube. Within less than 6 months the leg had started to crack all the way through. I asked for a refund or replacement as the table was practically new and the response given was “ Acacia is a natural hardwood, and variations such as cracks, splits, or checking can occur over time due to changes in temperature and humidity within the home environment. As wood naturally expands and contracts, these changes may result in cracks forming along the grain, even within the first months of ownership”.
Structube sells sub par items that break down instantly! Do not waste your money please!

Do not buy from these guys. Terrible

I was looking for floor pillows for my MIL and found this company whom I never bought from before. I didn't do any research into them, I just ordered because I wanted to give them to her for xmas but that didn't happen. I ordered on Dec. 15th, 10 days before Xmas and thought hopefully that's lots of time to receive it. It took over 2.5 weeks from MTL to Edm and I didn't receive them until Jan. 2nd, 2026. Ridiculous. When I complained during pickup, the staff didn't seem to care and acted like 2.5 weeks was a normal amount of time. After opening them, I noticed that the online description of the fabric is completely wrong, like not even close...their site description says that the cover is 100% cotton, which isn't even alittle true, it's a mix of three types of material including wool, material my wife is allergic to. Super deceptive. When I emailed them depending an explanation all they said was thanks for letting us know, we will have it changed on the site which still hasn't been done. I submitted a very poor rating, basically the same as above and they refused to approve it to be posted. Super shady and unethical, not sure how these guys are still in business. Definitely 0 stars for me.

Deceptive information on website

I searched online for a product and checked its availability in our local store. The website indicated the product (a small lamp in its many forms ) was available at our store. When I arrived, they informed me that, Yes, the product is in store, but it is not available for purchase since it was for display only. When I pointed out the discrepancy of the website and the reality of the in store inventory, the sales clerk indicated this was normal practice for the store. A complete waste of my time. Shopped elsewhere.

Went into the Calgary store on 130th ave on Dec 5th to shop for a new sofa. After trying nearly all in the showroom, I decided on the teresa. I sat on it in the showroom for about a half an hour & in numerous positions. I found it to be quite comfortable & is why I purchased it that day. However, whatever it is that has been delivered to my townhouse is by no means anything even close to resembling what I sat on in your showroom. I am very well aware of the adequate break in time required for new cushions but this is is beyond ridiculous. It is extremely uncomfortable & is actually very painful to sit on. I've looked online & have seen that it is apparently a nightmare trying to deal with this company's customer service & this is exactly what I have come to experience. Instantly upon sitting on the sofa once built I realized it was not right & Immediately contacted the store, only to be told "Sorry, if it's no longer in the box & has been put together it cannot be returned" What? How was I supposed to build it without taking it out of the box? And how would I know it's faulty without sitting on it?
It is absolutely ridiculous that you will not stand by your product & it is entirely unacceptable.
Furthermore, I'm aware that this company refuses to post legit negative reviews from actual paying customers & this is not right.

• Misleading Representation: The Competition Bureau of Canada considers it a deceptive marketing practice to publish consumer review information in a misleading way. If Structube only displays overwhelmingly positive reviews while suppressing negative ones, it could be argued that they are creating a false or misleading impression of their product quality or service, which violates the Act.

PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A COMPANY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!

SERVICE après vente NUL!!!!

Honnêtement que service de marde. Produit très beau, mais service après vente ordinaire x1000 nous faite payer des frais de livraison pour remplacer notre table son son de vice sort de la boîte, pis remballe qui est arriver scratcher. Une compensation de 25% ou il la remplace mais faut la remballer (la boîte on la pu on a pas un entrepôt chez nous). Aller pas la si vous avez un problème avec votre marchandise vous allez être pogner avec. Service après vente : ZÉRO PIS UNE BARRE!!!!!
Ma blonde se bats avec eux depuis le 24 décembre 😅
Je n’ai plus l’emballage parce que la table était trop lourde pour la sortir par le dessus..
Ils veulent la reprendre mais je dois l’emballer convenablement.. c’est pas un entrepôt chez nous caline 😅
Je demande, que les livreurs me sortent la nouvelle de la boîte (ils sont formés pour ça après tout?!), pour que je valide que le dessus est OK, et remballent la brisée pour la ramener. On me répond que ça ne fonctionne pas comme ça. (70$ supplémentaire de livraison pour échanger un article neuf brisé en passant)
