StrollerCare Arvostelua

This is the fifth time we've used Stroller Care and we will be using them again. I always have a great experience with them & have never had any issues. I had to use a different company last trip because it was last minute and there weren't strollers available with Stroller Care. The other company's stroller was hard to push and wasn't in the best condition. I never have that issue with Stroller Care. Their rentals are always in great condition, they communicate well and have always been flexible if my plans changed.
Stroller Care is our favorite rental company by far.

Stroller was dropped off and picked up on time. There was even a small gift left. Stroller was of high quality and really beneficial on this trip. My daughter found it very comfortable. We found it to be much better than buying one and leaving it which was our original plan. Excellent communication throughout. Would definitely use Stroller Care when returning to Orlando.

First off...this is one of the only stroller rentals offering BOB. I use one at home and they have the best understorage capacity and smooth ride and big enough to fit a very tall kiddo. My 5 and 9 year old took turns when they were tired. The customer service was above and beyond. We lost our rain cover at the park and they were able to drop a replacement at my hotel. In July, the cover was used daily when afternoon showers hit. Would definitely use them again!

Stroller was delivered on time at resort for when we arrived, stroller was perfect for our requirements for walking a million miles around the Disney parks, getting on and off the transportation, it’s fair to say we gave it some serious use. Collected on time from the hotel on departure. Will definitely use StrollerCare on our next visit.

The stroller was delivered on time and the agent was nice. We used it to go everywhere, including when riding Disney buses and Uber. The stroller was high quality, very comfortable and useful for carrying bags and stuff. They were fast in answering our messages. We also had a small change of plans and they were super kind in helping to find a quick solution.

Such a great experience! They made pick up and drop off so easy. They even left little gifts for all of our kiddos in the stroller when they dropped the strollers off super early in the morning- the kids absolutely loved it! They were easy to communicate with and kept in touch when they were going to drop off and pick up. We absolutely loved our experience with this company and the strollers made our vacation so much easier with Disney & Universal!

Very easy process. Stroller was right on time and appreciated the text messages during the process to keep me updated.

What a great experience!
Our stroller and car seat were delivered to us in person at the airport! She showed us exactly how to use it and all the little extras. They even included a little goodie bag for our toddler! The price was affordable compared to other companies and communication was on point!
Would definitely recommend!

Great rental no issues. Drop off easy with advice on how to fold etc. Used double Mini Jogger in parks for 10 days no issues folding/pushing etc. Thanks

Alquilar un stroller con ustedes fue la mejor decisión que pude tomar, nos facilitó el poder disfrutar los parques y los niños pudieron descansar. Gracias por existir!!!

The delivery and pick up was on time. I contacted them during the rental time, and were very responsive. Definitely I will rent again with Stroller care.

It was so great to have a reliable stroller while going into the parks. It was easy pickup and easy rental online.

Perfect for when they are tired
Was dropped and picked back up by the team.... great service 👏

Serviço excelente!
Com apenas um contato, recebimento e devolução no hotel.
Carrinho limpo e confortável garantiu conforto para nossa filha durante os passeios em Orlando.

I would rent from them again and again. They are patient, prompt and so nice! They had a rain cover included and even gave each of my kids a little surprise rubber duck which they loved!

Highly recommend for car seat hire. All three car seats were in great condition and the company were waiting for us with the seats at the car hire desk when our flight landed. Will definitely be using again on our next trip.

We had a great rental experience! They delivered the stroller to our vacation home and we dropped it off a week later at the airport. The stroller was clean and perfect for two kiddos at Disney World. I highly recommend this company!

The quality of the products offered, such as their condition, the additional extras, and the initial detail, was excellent. The quality of customer service and flexibility in the service and solutions provided enhanced our experience on our trip.

Such a wonderful and convenient service!
Made our Disney trip so much more enjoyable having a great stroller with lots of storage, and easy to maneuver!
Would recommend to anyone visiting Disney with kids
