Really poor customer service originally. Having voiced this, it improved significantly, but on the sale day the service level dropped to a new low.
Buying an expensive luxury car should be an exciting experience - this was a chore
I certainly did not feel like a customer.

This was my first visit to Porsche…
This was my first visit to Porsche Centre Nottingham for a Summer Health Check on my much-loved Gen 2 Boxster, and I wanted to leave a special mention for Charlie, the Service Apprentice who looked after me.
Charlie was professional, friendly and completely natural throughout the whole visit. She made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived, kept me informed, and her enthusiasm for both the role and the Porsche brand really shone through.
She is a real credit to Porsche Centre Nottingham, and I’m sure she has a fantastic career ahead of her.
Thank you, Charlie, for making my first visit such a positive experience.
A special thank you also to Lesley, a wonderful host, for making my visit to Porsche Centre Nottingham today such a memorable experience. Her warm welcome, genuine hospitality, delicious BLT and endless refreshments made me feel like I’d been transported to Stuttgart!
