Very pleasant people and good service
Very pleasant people in person and on the phone. Do everything they say they are going to. It's a bit of a hike taking a car in there, but worth it.

Don’t do it
Awful customer service at Stratstone Tottenham. Not worth it.
Forget about any complimentary services, just a few filling sentences to attract customers.
Better off going to a high st reputable garage or anywhere else. This garage is not the one.

Absolutely shocking!
Absolutely shocking!
Blatantly lied to me about getting the service approved. When they didn’t even call Arval to confirm even though it was on my booking email with them.
I have to have a service every 12,000miles or every year, whichever comes first. Had it last done 25.8.20. But was told I still have 10,000 miles to go.
Only done mot which took 8 hours! Even though mine was the first car there and was told it would be done right away.

Excellent service prompt pick up and…
Excellent service prompt pick up and superfast delivery -I got the car back within four hours. Which was amazing!
My only disappointment was that we asked for a full valet which I don’t think we got -it was just a simple wash on the outside and vacuum of the floors on the inside.
Otherwise I would’ve given a five star review😊

Make sure to find a different Service centre.
Make sure to find a different Land Rover service centre. Had taken them over a year to find the problem with my vehicle had to take it in a few times had wasted so much time without a vehicle because no courtesy car was being provided due to Covid (told by one of the staff). Long story short Finally the day had come and had a call from the manager with an upsetting news that my engine needs replacing. I was told that he would be getting in touch with the Warranty company to get an approval to start the work on my car and yet it had been 2 weeks still no news. Tried calling numerous times but haven't had an answer just only once had someone answer and told me that its very busy and that he would get the manager to give me a call the same day but yet no calls or any sort of communication from anyone. Which i am not surprised of. (Also another funny thing when i went to collect my vehicle after the inspection i had found my engine cover on my back seat and had my rear tyre punctured guess its just the way they do their job)

This garage tried to rip us off
This garage tried to rip us off. 5 weeks after passing an MOT, advisory on one set of brake pads and 1 tyre, our Discovery needed a service. Hadn't done 100miles since MOT. Booked it in at Stratstone Tottenham. After service, we were told it needed new brake pads and the disc's to all four wheels, 3 new tyres and had a major oil leak that needed investigation. Never had an oil light come on, before or after, and never had to top up the oil. Took it back to the MOT garage. No oil leak and still just one set of pads and one tyre need changing. Tottenham had deemed our car 'unsafe to drive' which meant we couldn't use it until having it looked at again by someone else. And although they deemed it unsafe to drive they let their driver drive it back to us. Never book your car in here for a service.

I genuinely cannot praise the staff…
I genuinely cannot praise the staff enough particularly Tia and Sarah!
They were recommended to me and upon my arrival i was treated like royalty; from the hot chocolate right the was to prompt personal updates. I would receive multiple telephone calls to inform of the status of my vehicle.
I wish i could employ this amazing employees. i have been to many dealerships such as Rockar and to date have never experienced such caring, personal and tailored customer service.
It is a shame that 5 is the maximum number of stars this site allows me can give, but i will continue my to recommend them as they are an asset to any to Stratstone.
