Stratstone - BMW Harrogate Arvostelua 

I needed a repair doing to my car. Simple enough, ring BMW.
I rang 8 times, no response. On the occasion my call was answered it was a promise they’d ring me back. No chance, despite ringing again and again…..

Staff were very helpful, efficient and great to deal with.
Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend your company.

From my first visit to the Dealership through to collecting my brand new car, Matthew was a pleasure to deal with. He kept us notified throughout of timescales, always returned calls when contacted and was extremely knowledgeable on handing over the car.
It was a pleasure to deal with him and the team and he assured me that he always available for help should I need it.
Its early days but so far my new car exceeds my expectations.

Alex at Stratestone was great to deal with. Our new car was delayed by 3 months which was a challenge but Alex and the team did a great job to minimize the impact to us.

My car was with them for numerous days. I was kept informed about the progress on several occasions. They returned my hire car when I collected my vehicle. Good services

The service department is understaffed, you can never get through and they don't return calls unless you send complaints. The service contract includes Adblue but non supplied, the report of issues not reported to me so I could ask them to sort.
Generally poor service and this happened on previous visit.
Can't fault the lovely girl on the service counter.

I Part exhanged my car with Stratstone BMW Harrogate. I took delivery of my car before my car was ready to hand over, so they could get paid and get their March dealer bonus. But they also took my V5, (which they lost and had to replace). Then when they picked my old car up at the end of APril, as they had the V5, i raised the matter of informing DVLA. They assured me they would. They didn't! I June DLVA wrote to me stating I had to pay a fine of £127. Despite several emails and calls to the dealership, when I was assured the Head of Sales would get back to me, they didn't.
When it came to paying the fine online, DVLA also wanted me to tax the vehicle. I could not SORN it, as i did not have the V5 and relevant code! Fortunately, I found the car for Sale at Evans Halshaw and the chap there went above and beyond and went online a notifed DVLA it had not been my car since the end of April.
I then submitted a formal complaint via Stratstone's online complaint form, twice over a 2 week period and guess what. Nothing.
Diabolical service all the way throug, which is compound by a service desk that on 3 separate occasions, did not call me back to book my car in for fault rectification.

Stratstone Harrogate have just completed top quality repairs of my bmw (air con, tyres etc etc) - car has done just on 100,000 miles, but I now feel it's brand new again.

Good experience overall although a bit unusual to of been asked to pay for the vehicles in full before the end of the month even though one of the cars had not yet ben delivered to the dealership. I assumed it was end of month target pressure so was happy to help out.

Alex and his team are an exceptional dealership and make the experience of buying a car as stressless as possible. Everything in the process was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Nothing went wrong but if it did, and it does speaking from experience, I would have full faith that they would sort it out with no issues. This is a dealership you can trust. Will always use them

A relaxed buyer experience, never felt pressured into anything. Came away with a great car. There were some issues but these were sorted quickly and without a quibble. Marc Youssef was particularly good.

Superb service with my lease vehicle, they dealt with every aspect needed, and kept things as smooth as they need to be.

Very slow service, not acknowledged or expectations managed as to how long we would be waiting to be seen/spoken to.

Excellent service for my annual inspection and MOT.
Very disappointed with the complimentary wash and clean because large areas of the outside of the car had not been cleaned at all.
