Stratstone - Audi Tamworth Arvostelua 

Communication was lacking throughout the progression of the time my vehicle was in with this branch. I had to chase up for myself several times to find out what was going on.

Sophia was amazing at guiding me to find my perfect car! She had a calm nature and let me take the lead so I didn't felt pressured into anything. She found multiple vehicles for me to have a look at and made the experience very smooth!

Awful car, rude, unprofessional staff.
Watch their attitude & interest change the second they have your money.
"Audi Approved Used" scheme is absolutely pointless.
C Connolly is without doubt the worst "manager" I have experienced in 30+ years, his influence on the dealership is obvious.
If you do have to buy an Audi & I wouldn't recommend it, save your self a lot of money & hassle & buy it elsewhere.

Great service from start to finish

My problem was solved and I was kept informed by Ellie on the service team I would like to mention service manager Paul hands who oversaw the problem

Nearly a month since I was promised a call outlining a service on my Q3 but not a single call?. I’ll take my business elsewhere and use a company who actually cares.

I am beyond disappointed and frankly shocked by the level of negligence I have experienced. It has come to light that not only were two scheduled services completely missed including two brake fluid changes but the vehicle had not been serviced at all prior to being handed over to me.

This is utterly unacceptable. A vehicle should never be delivered to a customer without the required servicing being carried out, and this raises serious concerns about safety, accountability, and basic professional standards.
Even more concerning is that, despite this being raised, no satisfactory resolution has been reached to date. I have been left without clear answers, not provided with any requested paperwork, or any meaningful effort to put things right. As a result, I have been left with no option but to seek legal advice.

I trusted that I was receiving a properly maintained vehicle, and instead I have been left questioning how such a fundamental failure could occur. This experience has completely undermined my confidence, and I would strongly urge others to think carefully before relying on the service provided here!!!

Absolute waste of space.
Everyone you talk to has clearly been told to lie and hope for the best.
All day I’ve been waiting for a call from an Andrew Beech !
I called in three times and two times I was told he has all my details and he would call me back within 30mins.
On the third phone call I was told he had gone home.
Audi contacted me, asking if I wanted to upgrade and it was a VIP event
Hardly VIP treatment.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and aftercare I have received from Audi Tamworth. Given that Audi positions itself as a premium brand and that Stratstone allegedly "care about their customers, aiming to provide the best customer service" the experience has been far below what anyone would reasonably expect.

From the outset, the V5 was not processed correctly at the showroom. As a result, I had to complete and send off a V62 form myself to resolve the issue. Although the dealership eventually reimbursed the fee and postage, this still took over a week to process and required me to chase multiple times. More importantly, the delay and inconvenience ultimately caused a potential sale to fall through, costing me both time and money.

Communication throughout has been extremely poor. I have repeatedly had to chase the senior sales executive I was dealing with for basic updates and answers. Calls are rarely returned, and emails are very seldom responded to unless I follow up multiple times.

Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to properly handle straightforward administrative processes has been incredibly frustrating. I am genuinely disgusted with the service I have received and extremely disappointed that this is the level of aftercare provided by a dealership representing a premium brand like Audi.

I would strongly urge Audi Tamworth to review its customer service standards, as my experience has fallen well short of what should be expected.

Yes, this has already been raised as a complaint twice through Stratstone themselves, who didn't bother to reply to me and so I had to raise a complaint directly with Audi UK. The end result was still disappointing, especially since Audi UK advised Audi Tamworth to get in touch with myself and they couldn't be bothered to even call me and apologise for the poor service I received.

In summary, this has severely impacted my opinion and view of Audi and Stratstone. I strongly advise to go elsewhere for your Audi unless you enjoy simple administrative errors and the near absence of communication.

Brilliant, everything perfect, can't rate them high enough, everything was easy & stress free, all the staff were Brilliant in every way. Parvinder sagoo my salesman is an absolute star does everything to perfection.

I booked my Audi in for MOT.
The lovely young lady asked if I would like complimentary valet and vacuum.
Because I was there anyways said yes.
Car was ready at 11. The young lady said that valet was running late.
Would I wait 1/2 hour, I said no probs.
Any way hour passed. Young lady said was having problems with valeting.
So offered me up to £30 valet some were else. Or if in area some time call in. I didn’t take there money.
I am not in that area any time only for car MOT or repair.
I don’t know if it’s a coincidence but a load of new cars that had arrived. she could hardly get my car at the work shop.
I guess why would they valet my humble Audi Q3.
Can imagine all the new cars sold wanting clean.
I work really hard but clearly not hard enough to entitle me to courtesy valet.
Shame on Audi Tamworth.
I mite be wrong maybe valet machine Brocken will never no.
