Abbey was very professional and looked after me

Since buying my first Audi in Feb 24, I have had issues regarding the stop and start system, spoke and emailed to the staff there, but seems they don't want to help, at the 1st Mot I mentioned the problem again was booked in for Mar 14th was assured a courtesy car to get home, drove 20 miles to dealership only to drive back home, courtesy car not available.
Next avaliable booking with courtesy car is in June, seems like everytime someone has issues they can't be seen for atleast 2 months. Even to this moment I'm still awaiting a call from Manager.

Having lost trust in my local Audi dealership (Vindis Northampton), I booked into Stratstone MK Audi for my airbag recall.

Although the AUDI UK letter stated work would take approximately 2 hours - I was advised that no "while-you-wait" booking was not available till the end of the month - so worst case scenario was that car might not be ready till end of the day (depending on workshop priorities).

On arrival at 10am - I informed Misha that I was going to walk around for a few hours while waiting - and instructed NOT to do courtesy health check if that meant car might be ready earlier.

I was delighted when Misha informed me exactly after 2 hours that recall work was done!!! (around 12 midday)

We were about to eat - so we agreed (on her good suggestion) that if they were able to START BEFORE 1pm - to proceed with the 1hr health check.

Having not heard anything - I called around 3pm - Misha said they were just finishing up in the workshop - and sent me the audicam link.
It was about 3:30 before the car was finally ready - so in the end it took 1.5hr longer than the expectation set.

However I appreciated Misha's friendly, helpful and professional manner and WOULD consider having work done here in the future.

I don’t believe the standards are as high anymore. I found myself having to chase for updates on a service. Was told they would call me back, they didn’t. I then received a follow up call a few days later with someone to see how my service was, told them about a few issues and minor error in being charged for something that wasn’t completed. I was told a manager would call me back. They never bothered. Just sums up the Audi customer service I had received throughout the whole process.

1 month waiting appointment and after arrival no appointment. Everything proofed by mails and calls. Very disappointing and unpleasant situation .

Friendly and professional staff

There are better Audi dealerships nationwide that provide superior services, even remotely. My wife had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this dealership while searching for a new car. After deciding on a model, we were asked to reserve the car by paying a sum and were explicitly told that the money was refundable if my wife changed her mind within 14 days.

We subsequently found a better deal elsewhere and requested a refund of the money paid. Suddenly, their tone changed, and the salesperson refused to refund the money, citing a conversation I had with one of their managers over the phone after the payment was made.

I did not know one party could unilaterally and verbally make such substantial changes to an agreement, especially after we were told that my wife had 14 days to change her mind. Additionally, she was not provided with a copy of, nor did she sign, any Terms & Conditions of the Deposit as per the Motor Ombudsman's Motor Industry Code of Practice for Vehicle Sales. We even offered that they deduct the amount of money they had spent on privacy glass and refund the remainder.
They have refused and not even responded to our emails/complaints. We also completed an electronic complaint form on the main Stratstone website but have not even received any acknowledgement as to whether the matter is being dealt addressed. We are still waiting!

As such, we are now pursuing the matter through other channels we do not believe they have any intention of dealing with the issue. As mentioned, there are better Audi dealerships nationwide who will deal with you in good faith.

Great Service Dept., A shame for the sales dept. Upgrade invitation turned to a time pressurised Sales Event. Not feeling the valued customer. Will look elsewhere for my next vehicle

No courtesy car available in Audi Milton Keynes. I did the booking 3 weeks in advance and I was only told no courtesy car will be available on the Saturday before the Monday when the service was booked. When called to complaint I was told they knew weeks ago it wont be courtesy car available. I was not notified on time. They never apologised and they didn't offer any option so they just didn't care about the impact this could have on my arragements for the day Very poor service and no consideration to clients...

Once again Abbi went above and beyond to ensure an amazing experience.

Very poor service mainly for lack of competence in rectifying faults and poor advice resulting in vehicle being booked in four times in 3 months when all could have been dealt with in one visit. What a let down! Customer advisor friendly and supportive but let down by management and back office / service technicians etc.

The workshop have been unable to rectify the electrical fault despite two attempts so far
