Excellent service and friendly staff

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My car went in for a well-known recall and was advised it would be back with me within the day. The car was returned 2 days later with bodywork damage. I am still waiting for this to be fixed from November, although it is booked in to be done in March. I have lost count how many times I have not had calls returned. I had to constantly chase to get the car booked in for damage they had done.

Poor Customer Service. I was made to feel like it was my fault that they had not provided a Courtesy Car. Stratstone blamed the Lease Company and the Lease Company denied responsibility. In fairness I was given a lift back home however I was without a car for the day and took the day off work. Mistakes happen but this could have been dealt with better instead of making me feel like it was my mistake.

Excessively waiting for a car MOT.
Parked up all day & only moved at 16:00 when i rang for it.
Waited excessively in the showroom when i got to pick it up. Had to ask for the car again. Didn’t think a 55 minute wait for my key was very acceptable

Great service, and kept upto date.

Was told I would be called back on several occasions and was not called back once very annoying.

Bought two car from Audi Bolton James the sale chap was brilliant highly recommend.

James was very helpful when dealing with me at Audi Bolton. He pointed me in the right direction when I was unsure, and sourced me a car that was very well suited for me.

Booked my A1 service on the phone and accepted the quote. The service receptionist said she did not know of the quote on arrival for the work to be carried out. She then charged more for the work to be carried out than originally quoted . I complained to the Service Manager and on the company website no one has contacted me since . The standard of service work carried out was five star *****.

No explanation of defects following service.
Garage allowed vehicle to leave without explanation of any defects. Vehicle had 4 x worn tyres, below legal limit. Service over ran, no contact made by the garage informing me of this.

My Audi Q7 went into Audi Bolton, for its second major service.

I have used this dealership previously to have a windscreen replacement completed and also particulate filter unblocked. The explanation was that the vehicle was not suitable for short journeys and was required to be driven on the motorway for at least 70 mph for approximately 20 mins each week, which I thought was unusual for a premium brand vehicle.

On this occasion I took the vehicle back on 4th November for its second and major service as part of the Audi service plan. At that time I also requested an explanation on the Audi Connect system also.

Prior to the service the engine oil level was at mid point. On return the vehicle was slightly below mid point. Still awaiting an explanation as to why this is the case?

The service advised the replacement of the rear brakes. A price was provided by Audi Bolton. While I was at the dealership I made calls to 5 other independent Audi and non Audi Specialists. The price at the dealership in Bolton was approximately 2.5 times higher than the highest price I was quoted elsewhere.

Still awaiting a call back to see if they can price match replacement brakes. And also explain why they quoted so much higher in the first place.

I have left messages with the reception at Bolton, however the Bolton Service Centre is virtually impossible to contact. An incredibly bad customer experience, particularly for a premium branded product.

Less oil in the car following the service. Very perplexing experience indeed!

Was asked to contact Stratsone Customer Service, before Christmas which I did on 12 December 2024. Still no response!!

Polite, friendly and helpful. Above all fixed my car.

Avoid. Sold me a car with faulty air conditioning.Taken to a different Audi garage which have been unable to fix after a number of attempts. During my experience with Audi Bolton, they’ve broken numerous FCA regulations. They won’t even acknowledge your complaints. Will be reporting them to the FCA.

The customer service was outstanding.if i could afford to go for sevice and repairs i would definatly go there.

Efficient in providing information and processing the car sale. Easy access to documentation and payment systems.
