Routine service
Routine service, all done ok, unfortunately they said they were unable to wash it. This wasn't the first time this happened, seems to be an issue with Amersham Audi.

Shocking Customer Service!
Booked in a service with a courtesy car 3 months in advance. Got a call the DAY BEFORE to say sorry but it's no longer available and they don't have anything else. Rescheduled for 4 months later and was told courtesy car is guaranteed to be available. Only to arrive ON THE DAY and they said it had been given to another customer! They also admitted this customer had booked their service AFTER me.....
