Stratstone - Aston Martin Wilmslow Arvostelua 

I collected my car on the 3rd of October following some refurbishment as it was already 8 years old, but when the cover was removed the car looked like new parked next to a brand new Vantage S. The car looked amazing and the service we received on Saturday and during the time we were waiting for it was exceptional. Jerome certainly went above and beyond to make the experience something to remember for my wife and I. We have been kept fully informed while its been prepared since we acquired it, but the actual car in the flesh was outstanding and we left with a feeling that we had received the best service possible whilst buying a second hand car. We have to take it back later in the year for one part not currently available but I have no doubt in my mind that service will be 100% given the attention to detail and approachability shown by Jerome throughout this process. Fantastic job well done. We drove home with the feeling you should have when buying an Aston Martin!!

Be very careful dealing with this company. I bought a used Aston Martin Vantage from them and once I got it home realised it had had parts replaced and a respray indicating an impact to the passenger side. The passenger door didn't fit correctly and the panel that covers the windscreen wipers was fitted incorrectly leading me to presume the car had been damaged and repaired. I took it to several different garages including another main dealer who all agreed with my findings. I emailed Aston Martin Manchester declaring my intention to reject the vehicle and within 5 minutes had the used vehicle manager on the phone basically saying the car hadn't been involved in an accident but could have had a faulty headlight replaced and the bonnet could have been painted to remove stone chips. I was told the only way I could reject the vehicle was to take it to their independent inspectors for assessment but it was strongly hinted the rejection would fail.
Instead I was offered the option of them looking at the door to see if they could improve the fitting or as a good will gesture they would buy back the car at a significant loss to myself. I was left with no option as I didn't want a car I believed to have been in an accident so I ended up being over £5000.00 out of pocket!
My advice is do not buy a used Aston Martin from this company without a pre sale inspection!

Just drove away an Aston Martin dbx from stratstone Aston Martin wilmslow whilst the car is awesome I have to say that the salesman Jan made the whole process so easy dealt with everything from start to finish brilliantly really can’t recommend Jan highly enough kept me informed at every point did his job to perfection well done
