Avoid like the plaque
Had nothing but hassle from this company, finally thought all had been sorted after over a year of hassle then hear from them recently that my certificate is finally ready but that I need to pay arrears of over £1000 before I can receive this, I do not owe this as my account has been paid off in full for a long while now, I’ve raised tickets but all they say is I owe the money.
Please don’t use this company, quick to take your money but absolutely awful customer service, avoid like the plaque.
Also noticed you can no longer leave a review on their Facebook page, they’ve removed the ability to leave reviews as there were so many bad ones.

Feedback Review for Stonebridge College…
Feedback Review for Stonebridge College Security Advanced Diploma Course:
I recently completed the Security Advanced Diploma course at Stonebridge College and had a fantastic experience. The course material was comprehensive, and the online platform provided flexibility that suited my schedule well.
A standout aspect of the program was the exceptional support and guidance provided by my tutor, Jill Edwards. Jill's expertise and dedication were evident in her approachable nature and insightful feedback. She went above and beyond to ensure my understanding of the material and fostered an environment of continuous improvement.
Overall, I highly recommend Stonebridge College for anyone interested in advancing their education in the field of security. The quality of instruction and support, particularly from tutors like Jill Edwards, make it an excellent choice for furthering your professional development.

Worst collage ever
Worst collage ever , if you ever have a problem they would just fob you off and lie to you whatever you want to hear. I been told I going to be called back never happened. I asked them to changed my name 5 times , they are so incapable. They will lie to you would receive your certificate in 12 -16 week which took them over 6 months. So don't believe anything. Also no workplace As Ta accept there " proof " of qualification ( so be aware before you try to get to work. They cost me 2500 grand minus because they are incompetent

Receiving your funding is the main aim of this place
I've been paying a student loan for the last few years for a course I wasn't allowed to complete. I only had 2 weeks of a practical element remaining but due to family commitments and the fact the training was 200 miles from home I couldnt attend at that time. The college basically disregarded my situation and threw me off the course.
When I questioned The Student Loan Company as to why I'm being made to pay for the full course the college wouldn't let me complete I was told to take it up with the college. I then received a call from the college and was torn a strip off and was basically told its your own fault.
Taking your money is the main focus of this establishment and not your education.
Stonebridge has asked for my details to look into this even though this has already been done hence my review. No further reply from them.

An employer
As an employer trying to get a member of staff qualified via Learn direct/Stonebridge has been a terrible experience. Work has not been marked on time, delays after delays no support visits, not able to actually talk to anyone to find out why it has taken so long to get the work signed off. Work gets returned for stupid reasons to be resubmitted with no changes and accepted. there is no consistency and I would never use this company again.

Avoid TA course.
I worked so hard to complete my level 3 Diploma TA course. They passed all my assessments, said I had completed the course, enabled me to download the certificate and now 6 months later are telling me I have not completed my course! They say I need to find work already uploaded (this is over 100 questions to find relevant work). They have added extra work to be completed that was not mentioned in my course at the time of doing it. They are saying the certificate sent is not the official one.

Complete waste of money and time, completed my 1st assignment to then find out I was unable to submit it spent 5 days trying to get support to have the issue solved with no luck, numerous telephone calls messages after messages no help, tutor is just ignorant does bother to even reply!!
