The Skills Network Arvostelua 

I enrolled on the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Improving Personal Exercise, Health and Nutrition course in November 2025 and by 20th January 2026 I had completed the course, subject to moderation. This was with Morley College and The Skills Network. It's been 6 months and still nothing. I would be very wary of studying again through The Skills Network.

The worst course of my life resubmitted over and over again and always a fail untill give them the money back stay away from this couse is not free is a scam

My tutor Allan Dow was incredible throughout the whole experience of my Understanding Coding course! His feedback and encouragement kept me motivated to reach the end, and made me feel proud of the work i was doing. I thoroughly enjoyed the learning aspect of this kind of study and loved being able to do it at my own pace and level. Thanks Allan, you're a legend!

The Skills Network set realistic goals with all the help needed I had a personal tutor to keep me on track and when needed help and advice was just a phone call away would recommend to family and friends and would consider further courses in the future.

I have had a really positive experience with The Skills Network. The course designs are easy to follow, the work marked really quickly following submission and feedback provided. The course content was really interesting. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and the supportive way the on-line tutor provided constructive feedback and guidance all the way through. The deadlines can be a challenge but extensions are always available. I would recommend this provider for on-line learning and will definitely consider studying further with them.

I've completed several courses with The Skills Network, and I've been very happy with my experience. The courses are excellent and have helped me prepare for my next career step. The certificates are valuable, and the support team is always friendly, responsive, and supportive. As someone with dyslexia, I felt fully understood, and they provided the help and support I needed throughout my learning. I would definitely recommend The Skills Network to anyone looking to learn new skills or gain recognised qualifications.

A very positive experience and the assessors were instructive and friendly.
A couple of negatives...I seemed to spend more time on the project than was suggested, and some of the links didn't work.

I loved the course a lot I found it very helpful and it has made me believe in my self even more that I will be doing level 3 counselling course so thank you so much

Should you feel that you need to follow up on raising your knowledge on a subject bot interest but are not sure how to proceed, then you should check out The Skills Network..this platform is rammed packed full of courses that suits a busy lifestyle with fantastic support staff always willing to help. I found a course off interest and had been able to run studying alongside my full time job. It was daunting at start but once I got into the subject, being interested in it, I was immersed. Don’t wait for the ‘time’. Now is the time, take the bull by the horns!!!

Taken several mental health courses with The Skills Network, and all have been exceptionally well delivered, eye-opening experiences.

And all have made my day-to-day much easier.

Pretty awful experience with The Skills Network where the online learning is poorly structured and repetitive. Assessments are surprisingly long for the study hours they estimate and as someone juggling a job and trying to meet their deadlines it's proven a lot more stressful than expected for a course advertised as one you can do at your own pace.

Assessment feedback is poor and seems to accuse you of using AI almost at random. They also seem to just expect a minimum word count in the hundreds with multiple examples for unbelievably basic questions like "what is customer service?".

Infuriatingly when you are ask to resubmit a question you can't copy and paste your existing answer. So even if the feedback is "this answers the question but we need more examples" you can't copy your existing answer and edit but have to rewrite the whole thing. Feels like being punished by writing lines at school. Constant spammy email notifications also don't help and are often worded confusingly.

Overall experience feels like they're trying to push you to quit so they can charge you their £100 admin fee. Stay away

I was enrolled onto a course, was logging in and completing at least 20 hours of assessment over 3 months . I completed the course but then was told due to an internal issue I had to be put on another course . Total waste of my time . This Company is a scam .

Great course , I learned a lot as I’m a caregiver to my 25 yr old son it’s helped me understand him better
The tutors were really understanding as I have issues with my vision and sometimes my work wasn’t always perfect brilliant course

I had a great experience with the skills network and recommend it to everyone! yes I had to wait a little longer for the funding but it was worth the wait. I have two courses completed now with certificates. I found the staff very attentive and informative. The website is easy to use. I was granted a longer extension when I was struggling and still completed the course! With the help of the staff. I found them all very understanding and patient. I highly recommend The Skills Network.

I found the learning experience difficult but eventually I started to make significant progress and grasped the learning concept offered, very enjoyable and learnt a lot more than I expected to, the course was excellent and I would highly recommend it, lots of feedback from my tutor really helped me during the course allowing me to see which areas I needed to focus and improve on.

I would say the skills network has been the best learning experience I’ve had.

Available information per unit was very helpful. My tutor had a great knowledge of the subject and their feedback was always helpful. Quick turn around with completed modules.
Only downside was it felt alittle rushed as only a short window per module..... I did ask for an extension which was an easy process and was granted straight away.
Im now waiting for funding for my third course!
