Dear Guy,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your recent order with Stickers International. We value all customer feedback and welcome the opportunity to address any concerns our customers may experience.

Following our recent conversation, we have reviewed our records and can confirm that we did receive your additional emails relating to amendments and further instructions for your order. Unfortunately, due to an oversight within our Customer Service Department, these instructions were not acted upon. As a result, the stickers produced and supplied were based on the information available to us at the time and, consequently, were not what you had expected to receive.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this error and for any disappointment or inconvenience it may have caused.

To resolve this matter, we can confirm that we will arrange a complimentary reprint of your order. We will ensure that every effort is made to match the colours as closely as possible to those shown in the image you originally provided.

We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to put this right. We hope that the proposed resolution meets with your approval and restores your confidence in our products and service.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you have experienced. Should you have any further questions or require any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,
