Stickers International Arvostelua 

I orfered a couple of stickers. Im a veteran who as been doing lots for forces charity. I recently with lots of other veterans walked Hadrians wall. 50 miles. I often get lots of goodys from various shops. I took a group photo which i framed. The stickers were to go on the frame to present to the shops but they arrived to small. When i rang the guy help me and sent me the correct size. Thank you. Mr Dodwell

Fast and good quality

Having ordered from you in the past with no issues, today's email exchange and a phone call dealing with Travis has left us wanting to go elsewhere. He could not read a simple email and sent us a proof of something completely different, when asked why he virtually argued with me about it. I asked for the proof again to be told to check the design in my account...nothing there. Asked again only to be told to send the artwork as he couldn't process my simple request for a sticker with lettering on even though I sent him a scan of an actual sticker I wanted reproduced !.

With all the reviews was expecting a seamless experience. Far from it, what is a shame is when I printed these labels on paper with my home printer it actually produced a better result. Which is pretty interesting, paid a fair price and wasn’t expecting a perfect result, but it was far from perfect. The labels were very small to be fair, 46x21mm.

After using a different company and printed similar labels with smaller text and it came out at good quality, I expected this company to be able to produce a better result with slightly bigger labels and them being on rolls. It was actually the opposite, I’ve now switched back to A4 labels.

Even when emailing in the same paragraph I was told it “wasn’t a quality issue” and that “The result is largely dependent on the artwork” which is laughable, the previous company I used reviews the PDF Print artwork and was really happy with the quality, then the email went to say “ At that size, there are naturally limitations to how finely that level of detail can be reproduced.” so it’s confusing is it an artwork issue or do you struggle to print labels of this size with designs like myself. The opposing company didn’t. I just made the mistake of switching companies assuming the quality would be the same so it was my fault for doing that.

And for how long the delivery took I really did expect a far better result. At no point would I expect someone to send out a product like this and say it’s sufficient quality. Nothing was done, I kindly asked for a refund, understandably they declined, they did however offer 20% off next offer but I won’t be using this company again.

Stickers look amazing, service was fast and easy

Very helpful person on the telephone explained how I could place an order online. Before finally placing the order, I could view a sample of the sticker. Stickers arrived promptly and were of good quality.
