Vastaus yritykseltä Stickers International
Hi Martin,
Firstly, thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your recent order with Stickers International. We always appreciate customer feedback, as it helps us to improve both our products and the overall ordering experience we provide.
Having looked into this matter further, we can confirm that the order placed was for four labels, as detailed within the order confirmation received at the time of purchase. However, we do completely understand how there may have been some confusion surrounding the information displayed during the ordering process, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Following on from our recent conversation, and as a gesture of goodwill, we have arranged for an additional order to be raised for the maximum quantity available at the minimum order value. We hope this demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction and helps to resolve the matter positively for you.
We truly value your custom and understanding, and we do hope that you are satisfied with the resolution provided. Should you require any further assistance, or if there is anything else we can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact us and a member of the team will be happy to assist.
Kind regards,
Stickers International

Speedy delivery and an excellent finished product.
We had an urgent need for some stickers at short notice, replicating a sticker sheet from another product with our custom designs. Stickers International came through for us at the eleventh hour, producing high quality stickers in just a couple of days. I can't thank Travis and the team enough for the quick turnaround and all-round excellent experience.

Excellent quality
Extremely quick turn around and quality of stickers used for a corporate event. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future. Only reason for not giving 5* is due to the cost of express shipping, the stickers were very good value for money. Thoroughly recomment!

I ordered a small initial batch that were perfect, but needed to be a little bit bigger.
I called the team to discuss and placed an online order - asking they check everything was the same as the first order.
A different product arrived which didn’t suit my needs, so despite my over cautiousness and call in to the team for support, I now have 1500 useless stickers. I mean they are really top quality, just not what I wanted / needed

Vastaus yritykseltä Stickers International
Hi Paul,
Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review regarding your recent order with Stickers International.
We are very sorry to hear that the stickers you received were not suitable for your intended application, and we completely understand your disappointment and frustration with the situation. We appreciate that you took extra care prior to placing your larger order by contacting our team to discuss your requirements and ensure the new order would match your original batch as closely as possible.
We are pleased to hear that you were happy with the overall quality of the stickers supplied; however, we do appreciate that this is understandably frustrating when the finished product was not suitable for your specific needs. Following our internal review, we can confirm that the order was produced in accordance with the specifications and options selected when the order was submitted online.
That said, we would still very much welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you further and see if there is anything we may be able to do to help. Our Customer Relations Manager has attempted to contact you by telephone, but unfortunately was unable to reach you.
Please could you contact us at your earliest convenience so we can discuss the matter further and work towards a suitable resolution with you.
Kind regards,
Stickers International
