Only one rad out of two turned up on…
Only one rad out of two turned up on delivery day then had to wait 4 days for someone to contact me about the missing rad , told next day by midday , didn’t turn up again !!
Frustrating as trades booked in , now waiting another 7 days for a refund , not sure I will use again !!

Good afternoon. Thank you for taking the time to share your review. I am so sorry for the frustration caused by your split delivery. I investigated the issue and found that AIT temporarily misplaced one of the radiators. They did rebook delivery as soon as it was located, but we regret that we weren't notified at the time, as we would have loved to resolve this for you much sooner.
I can see that the second part of your delivery has been cancelled. While we are still waiting for the radiator to be returned to us, I have gone ahead and authorised your full refund, including the delivery fee. The funds will be back with you within the next 5 to 7 days. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.

I bought what I wanted and it was delivered as promised. The radiator hasn't been fitted as yet due to I wanted to look at my purchase because I intend buying some more of the same type and have them fitted the same day.

Longer lead times and poor communication
I have been sent out this survey and my radiators have not arrived.
When I was ordering radiators it allowed me to select date a few days after ordering, only to get call to say this is not possible on coloured radiators! The website states WITHIN 14 days, however I was told mine would be 3 weeks!
This has hit a nerve that you can send out a questionnaire about the product before it’s been delivered.
Poor automatic system!

I'm aware that the website allowed you to select a delivery date which was much sooner than the 14 working day lead time. Vita line really poor quality
Vita line really poor quality, either construction or materials or both. Out of 10 rads I am on my second now that has dumped its contents on the floor due to internal failure. Long warranty does not help with the thousands of pounds of water damage done to wooden floors. Treat as a consumable, like the wiper blades on your car.
