Extremely disappointing experience with Stadium.
I purchased a ring advertised as 14k gold, and unfortunately there were problems almost immediately.
The original ring sizing did not match the sizing information provided. Then, after only around 1.5 weeks of normal wear, the 14k gold finish began rubbing/wearing off, and the shape of the ring also changed.
I contacted Stadium to try to resolve these issues, but my email was refused and I was ultimately told that the matter was closed.
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the ring and the way my concerns were handled. I purchased the ring expecting a wearable piece of jewellery that matched its description. Instead, I have been left with a ring I cannot comfortably wear.
I would not purchase from this site again, and I genuinely regret spending my money with them. At this point, it feels like I made a donation for a ring that isn't wearable.

When the original ring did not arrive in the correct size, we immediately handcrafted and shipped a brand-new replacement at no cost to you, without requiring the original ring to be returned.
Regarding the replacement ring, the photos provided clearly show that the band has been physically bent out of shape. This type of deformation results from external pressure applied to the ring and is not a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect. The wear visible on the plated finish is also concentrated around areas that have been bent and subjected to friction.
STDIAM provides a two-year craftsmanship warranty for genuine manufacturing defects, together with a lifetime warranty on our gemstones. However, physical deformation or damage caused by external force is not covered as a manufacturing defect and therefore does not qualify for a full refund.
We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but we believe it is important to apply our warranty and return policies consistently and fairly to all customers.
