StableLift Foundation Repair Arvostelua

I only rated with 1star because you can’t rate with a 0. The 5 star ratings are suspicious because they were all at the end of March 2019 within days of each other. This company does not honor it’s warranty. I even complained through the BBB and still no response. RUN AWAY from this company.

This is the WORST foundation repair company you could hire. we bought our home in September 2018 and it came with a Lifetime Transferable Warranty that the company will NOT honor. According to Jonathon who is a contractor for Stablelift, the seller of our home was supposed to finish paying the foundation company upon selling the home to us. The seller did not. Because theres a $9,000 debt here and some favor that Jonathon, the contractor, struck up with the seller and the seller ran-- we're now told the debt still needs to be paid for the Lifetime Transferable Warranty to be honored. I'm sorry I'm not sorry- Jonathon should have filed a lien when payment wasnt given and he had 90 days to do so after the work was originally done which was December 2017!!! Long before we came into the picture!!! I went to the city and a permit was NOT even filed by the company and I live in Schertz where they're very strict about permits! I emailed the owner of Stablelift Foundation- Brent- several times and left messages for him-- with NO ANSWER! I have left messages nearly everyday for Brent- the owner, Jonathon- the contractor on the job and Letty- the office secretary. Just because a favor wasnt honored BEFORE we came into the picture, a Lifetime Warranty was still given with NO CITY PERMIT and the contractor didnt file a lien against the seller- is NOT my fault! My house is ripping at every seam, every door has gaps or is closed so tight it nearly locks, I have the ceiling lifting from rooms in my home and crammed into the walls in others, my livingroom sits so much higher then my kitchen that you can roll a pencil with ease! I have been nothing but courteous and kind. I have begged them to fix it and all this done to a disabled Army Veteran and our 3 children and myself! I am so tired of all this! Do NOT hire Stablelift! They will NOT even get a city permit. They will NOT stay loyal to their work!!! They WILL leave you high and dry! Please PM me for any other details as I have ALL the paperwork, rude text messages from the contractor Jonathon, letters from my own home owners insurance, the Lifetime Transferable Warranty and all emails with NO return response from Letty or the owner, Brent.

They made my house worse. If I could do it over I would absolutely find a different foundation repair company to use

We had to repair our summer home's foundation. StableLift Foundation Repair went above and beyond to make it the easiest process, especially as I couldn't be onsite for every step of the work.

I usually always make sure to check what work is being done from start to finish. Great job done by their team.

I had to get the house I managed repaired for the owners while they were not able to come back to Texas to get the foundation fixed. The people at StableLift really made it simple and quick, only a few days, to get the foundation repaired.

After looking online, I noticed there were several different types of foundation repairs, the type Stablelift uses is supposed to be better and so far it seems to have done the job. I would use them to fix another property I own or manage in the future if there is any issues with those foundations.

If you need a great foundation repair company, I would recommend these guys. They did an amazing job and are super friendly.

These guys did a great job at fixing what could have become a major issue. Our foundation was cracking, only after 5 years, let's not even talk about that unfortunate situation. But Stablelift Foundation FIXED our foundation for a great price!

I mentioned these guys before as being a notch above the rest. I live out of the area but my mother lives in San Antonio, but I was in charge of getting her foundation repaired after the ground around the house began to shift. These guys were super helpful in making sure we could get the estimated done quickly and the work done fast as well.

I was able to get it all done within a week while visiting last month. They just followed up with me and I am still super happy with the work, so I decided to show them some love on review sites. :)

We have used Stablelift for foundation repair 2 times now and each time they go above and beyond what we would expect a business to do. Any issues that arise, they handle and make sure their work speaks for itself, it's amazing and really well done.

As you can see in the photo on their site, they use metal pillars, these are said to last longer, be easier to use and allow for adjustments as needed.

We loved the work they did to save our home. Glad we went with them after being reffered by our close friends.

they did amazing work on our house. recommend them for sure.

We have tried more than one foundation repair company and Stable Lift is by far the best one I have ever worked with to get my home fixed.

The other companies in the area just couldn't get it right the first time and had to come out mulitple times. Since moving into our new house last year, we learned that the foundation was messed up. This time around I wasn't going to go with a company that couldn't cut it in the past, so we came to Stable Lift. They ROCK! We never expected them to be so quick or nice when doing the work. But they were!

I hope anyone looking to get their foundaiton repaired talks to these guys. They are local, care about the customers, and really know there stuff.

My foundation repair is still working great and our house is like there was never a problem in the first. place. :)

We had to get out home foundation repaired and were worried it would cost too much or take forever. StableLift did it super fast and for less than the competitors. I'm glad we chose these guys.

Without a doubt saved our home and repaired our foundation flawlessly. Thank you so much stablelift. They are rockstars!

They are super clean and effecient. only took two days to fix some major our issues with our foundaiton. Not messy like trenches with concrete piers.

If you need a good company for foundation repair, pick these guys. I was happy with the work they did on our house

We needed a company to repair our daughter's home's foundation. StableLift Foundation Repair went above and beyond to get the job done right the first time. We are so happy with the work they did and the owner of the company came out to our property to make sure everything was done exactly to plan. Impressed to say the least and would use them again if we ever needed another foundation repaired.

We just had our foundation repaired 3 months ago and they did an amazing job, Glad they sent an email asking for a review, because they deserve one!!! Thanks guys!!!

Just moved to Texas for work, our new place needed a foundation repair, not major but definitely needed to be handled ASAP. Called StableLift Foundation Repair and they made the repairs the next week. Everything looks great now and everyone we worked with was so kind and helpful. THANKS!!!

great company and team that repair your foundation right, the first time.
