Predatory fees
Predatory fees, zero support, and total financial drain
Avoid Splend at all costs if you care about your livelihood. Joining them was one of the worst financial decisions I've ever made as a uber driver.
The moment you sign the contract, support disappears. Phone calls go unanswered, emails sit ignored for weeks, and reps are dismissive and unhelpful when you finally get through.
The work done by their service team is shockingly poor quality. When you point out that their own repairs are defective or unresolved, they casually tell you to "bring it in so we can take a look"-only to hit you with a massive bill for an "out-of-warranty repair." They literally make money off their own substandard mechanics.
Finally Good luck getting proof of anything. Whenever you ask for a report, job card, or itemized invoice of the repairs they supposedly carried out, they completely ignore you and never respond. They deliberately hide what work was (or wasn't) done.
They are absolutely scumbags

Distressed and worried customer
I have been with splend for almost two years now. For this period I have observed that the workers are trying their best to be professional but splend management is not helping with issues. A company as big as Splend to have and allow a management staff to call one of their customers to intimidate and harrass the customer is not at all tenable.
With these type of behaviour and character, the management staff is endangering and putting the life of customers at risk.
I will not say much right now but when the time is ripe for me to spill the beans i will gladly do that and tell the world bow splend management staffs are treating their customers. I will hold my peace for now waiting for the apprioprate time to spill the beans.

Dear Elvis,
I’m sorry that you feel this way. However, the purpose of the call was to inform you that the main dealer currently holding your vehicle has advised the Splend Fleet team that the vehicle’s warranty has been invalidated due to the required servicing not being carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements.
Since you took the vehicle from us brand new, our records show that you have driven over 90,000 miles and the vehicle has only had three recorded services.
You have since contacted Splend again and advised that the main dealer has provided you with different information. As our agent explained during the call, we would require written confirmation from the main dealer. Once we receive this from you, we will be able to contact them directly to clarify the situation

I attended the Cricklewood office today and met with Jordan who helped me complete my Flexi-Own 4 year term! He was extremely helpful and has always happily assisted me on previous visits. I will definitely return to take another vehicle for the ease and convenience Splend and their staff offer me.
