0 customer service, just after your money
Horrible experience with them, customer service is non existent, you send an email with two questions, they are only capable of answering one, and can't even type my name properly while they see it written there.
Had a minor fender bender, they took the car for 2.5 months to repair, and we're talking about a 2 day job max. The replacement car was dirty on the inside, didn't drive good at all, and the battery was horrible, couldn't work a whole day with the A/C on.
Went today to exchange the car, and was never told that the current MOT had expired on the Uber driver app, and there was no way for me to know, so i can't even work currently.
Avoid at any cost, they're just after your money. Go buy your own vehicle, if you can't stay with them until can you can then leave immediately don't get comfortable you will regret it like i did.

Rude, dismissive customer service and no empathy
I have been with Splend for two years, and dealing with their customer service over my documents upload has become exhausting.
Now im 5weeks without job, 2 week ago I handed over my documents, Despite repeated promises that everything would be updated within a few hours, I still have no confirmation that the correct documents have been submitted.
What frustrates me most is how I am treated when I ask for help. I ask straightforward questions: has someone checked the correct document, what is causing the delay, and who will resolve it? During these calls, I have found the responses dismissive, rude and at times aggressive. I am left feeling like a nuisance simply for asking for an update.
I have repeatedly explained that I cannot work through Uber and that this is causing financial pressure. I have felt very little empathy or urgency. Instead, I keep hearing that the issue has been raised with the Hub, without anyone following through with a clear answer.
Promised emails have not arrived. My formal complaint has not even been acknowledged. Every call means repeating myself and chasing another assurance.
I need someone to check the issue properly, take responsibility and keep me informed. Having to chase this persistently while feeling dismissed by customer service is unacceptable. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Splend.
Management instead of sending auto responses why not trying to resolve this issue.
