My heartfelt thanks to Yousof Elwahabi and Lisa Thompson
My heartfelt thanks to Yousof Elwahabi and Lisa Thompson! ❤️
I would like to express my deepest and most sincere gratitude to Yousof Elwahabi and Lisa Thompson for their incredible help, understanding and outstanding customer service in resolving my issue with my tyres.
This situation was extremely important and stressful for me, especially as a professional driver who carries passengers every day and had an upcoming PCO inspection. At a time when I really needed support, Yousof and Lisa didn’t simply look into my case — they genuinely listened to me, understood my concerns and did everything they could to help me.
What impressed me the most was their genuine human approach. Sometimes, as a customer, you need more than just a solution. You need someone who will actually listen, understand your concerns and show that they genuinely care. That is exactly what I received from them.
Splend should be extremely proud to have employees like Yousof Elwahabi and Lisa Thompson. They are a wonderful example of professionalism, responsibility and, most importantly, genuine care for customers. Employees like them build trust in a company and create the feeling that behind the name Splend are real people who truly care.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Yousof and Lisa, for your time, patience, understanding and support. Your help meant so much to me and turned what was a very stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience.
With heartfelt thanks,
Diana ❤️ !
