Terrible screen protector. Overpriced and doesn’t fit correctly save your money the cheap ones are fine

Poor quality of iphone case, it lost its color after 1 month of usage and gets dirty very easily, my claim was rejected.

Terrible screen protector. One didn't stick and fell straight off, the other one had an air bubble that point blank refused to move. I had to remove the screen protector and both of the pack of 2 were useless.

What is the point of offering a warranty if it will not be honoured under any circumstances? My phone case cracked despite the phone never being dropped or subjected to any form of damage. I provided clear evidence via email, yet Spigen still refused to honour the warranty.

After reading other reviews, it is evident that this company will go to great lengths to avoid fulfilling its warranty obligations. As a result, they have lost me as a customer, despite the fact that I had previously purchased all of my phone cases from them.

Apple AirPods case

Broke after a year which for a £26 item is poor. Not interested in providing a spare part because Amazon do their distribution. Obviously they have no access to postal or courier services.

Case for s25 ultra started to yellow after 1mths , when reach to Cs they make you go through hoops (take pictures, cut it into pieces, no photoshop and buy a replacement in the meantime....)

Our time is more valuable than £23 or so !
From reading the reviews I can clearly see the standards have slipped, other manufacturers are doing it better .

Ich habe für mein Iphone 17 Pro Max alles von Spigen geholt von Hülle bis Kameraschutz. Habe es jetzt über ein Monat und heute ist mir das Handy aus der Hand auf die Badezimmerfliesen gefallen. Nichts passiert, kein riss vom Panzerglas. Einfach Nichts. Sehr gut ich bin von der Qualität überzeugt.

Ich würde auch allen raten alles von Spigen zu holen weil es einfach perfekt passt.

Kann ich empfehlen! Leute schreiben Service ist nicht so gut, aber das kann ich nicht beurteilen, Habe alles binnen paar Tagen bekommen. Alles gut bei mir!

Spigen, Spigen, Spigen... shame on you. In der EU nicht erhältlich. Musste das Produkt also importieren aus USA. Frachtkosten fast so hoch wie das Produkt, EUST und Gebühren. Btw, Displayschutzfolie für ein Pixel 10 Pro Fold

I had previously been a loyal customer of Spigen, and having looked at my Amazon account had purchased 22 EZ-Fit screen protectors over the years. Of these, maybe 3 or 4 had issues/defects but most of them were fine.

Unfortunately on this occasion I purchased another 2-pack (they only sell them in 2-packs). One of them was fine, the other had a small spec of dust/imperfection which was only apparent when the protector had been applied and the guide frame remove. I attempted to resolve this myself but without the frame was unable to fit the protector back on properly.

I reached out to Spigen's customer service, who requested a photo of the back of the packaging to resolve this problem. This meant I had to dig through a pile of trash for ten minutes (food waste etc) to find it and photograph.

After submitting the photo, which didn't prove or disprove the issue in any way, Spigen only offered a 50% refund (as I had used the other screen protector fine). The issue with this is, they only sell packs of 2 so a 50% refund meant I would still have to pay extra to buy another pack of 2 unnecessarily. I asked if I could be sent just a single one from their factory, but they refused.

Customer service were a waste of time and wasted 3 days of back and forths with unhelpful requests and resolutions.

Ended up speaking to Amazon who promptly refunded me.

This is the last time I'll be purchasing from them.

Customer service is appalling. Watch strap broke in less than a year and they're refusing to replace it because it might be "wear and tear". Absolutely shambolic support. Avoid them at all cost and take your money elsewhere.

Ich hab Hülle gekauft. Nach ein Jahr ging es kaputt. Danach wieder ging es defekt. Hochwahrscheinlich ist Produktionfehler. Aber Spigen will kein Garantie innerhalb Garantiezeit geben und hat verweigert ein Reparatur/ Austausch zu geben. Nie wieder Spigen. Müll

Spigen phone cases are generally good with one exception. The arm that folds out so you can keep the phone upright in landscape mode always without fail breaks off after a few uses. Spigen have known about this since at least the first time I returned a case to them in 2017. So in 8 years they couldn't be bothered to improve the design. I will buy a different brand from now on.

Das Costumer Service ist kein Costumer service, nutzlos. Ich wollte eine Info über eine. ersatzteil bekommen und kam nicht weiter weil ich es nicht aus dem Amazonshop gekauft habe. Meiner Meinung nach sollte egal welche Frage über einen Produkt bearbeitet werden egal wo man es gekauft hat. Besonders wenn es Spigen drauf steht. Die Stehen nicht zu ihren Produkte dahinter. Ganz klare Daumen runter…

I left a review on the new Spigen flip 7 case on 02.08.2025 on Spigen,s website. A day later my review had changed from 1 star to a 5 star. The review wording had been changed by Spigen to make it appear to be a fantastic product. I'm really surprised at Spigen or it's website staff lying to the public like this. If Spigen change people's reviews it's a company that you can't trust at any level

Hülle Tough armor S23 Ultra erstmal alles gut.
Nun geht der Standfuss kaputt.Spigen kann keinen neuen liefern.Das Teil gibt's nicht als Ersatzteil!!! Was??? Die Hülle besteht aus 3 Teilen und werden auch so produziert!!!
Unglaubliche ausrede und absolut nicht Kundenfreundlich.
Mich seit ihr als Kunden los.
PS. Scheinen einige das Problem zu haben es gibt schon erste 3D Drucker Varianten. 👍

They are not like they used to be.Has been excellent in the past but over the last year it went from 5* to -5*.No costumer service,no answer to emails or queries of any kind,they completely ignore their warranty policy.Do not buy Spigen products anymore from their main store,Amazon or eBay store.Once you product goes bust,you can bin it - won't be replaced,repaired or looked at - THEY DON'T CARE.

Habe online bestellt und umgehend online bezahlt. Man braucht tatsächlich 3 Tage um den Versand aus Polen vorzubereiten. Ich kann nur hoffen das die MATERIALEN BESSER sind als die Orga

Same as other customers. I am a long term customer for phone cases. Recently purchased the Apple Watch Ultra 2 screen protector. Last night it just came away from my watch. No reason. Never been in water always taken extra care of my watch. Contacted spigen. Who are so dismissive and do not care about aftercare service to their customers. The products are good but service is disgusting. You’re better off buying the Chinese versions or cheaper versions. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. As at the time of purchase i chose spigen as they were a brand. Thinking I would have peace of mind. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. When things go wrong you’re on your own.

I purchased the Z fold 6 case in February. Having had Spigen cases for most of my phones over the years, I was surprised when a break developed on the thin part of the front case.
I contacted Spigen to see if they could send out a replacement front part of the case. They responded within hours. Unfortunately, they could not. But, instead gave a full refund.
I really liked the case. But, very happy with Spigen customer service and their fast response in trying to make things right.
will definately purchase another Spigen product in the future.
