I have been charged for $175.94 AUD from bank account and I never even heard of this company and I didn’t buy anything from them, I have checked my emails but I didn’t receive any emails, my bank is not refunding the money so I have lost my money and I will change banks

ESR, I can assure you, they’re the best. I ordered the full protection pack for my Samsung S26 Ultra from Belgium. Delivery was very quick. But because of an issue with my address, the parcel was returned. I immediately got in touch with customer support and they replied straight away. The problem was that it wasn’t possible to deliver to that address. So they asked me either to provide another address to resend the parcel or if I wanted a refund. As I thought their products were brilliant, I declined the refund and provided another address for delivery. And I can assure you that everything was sorted within 24 hours. Three days later, I received the parcel, well-packed and intact. What really touched me was the speed with which they dealt with my issue, their helpfulness, and above all the friendliness and politeness of the person I spoke to. And on top of the inconvenience caused – which wasn’t even their fault – they offered me a 15% discount on my next purchase from them. Honestly, if I could give a rating higher than 20, it would be 1,000,000/20 (lol). As for my products, they’re perfect and of high quality. Exactly as shown on their website. Nothing to complain about. A really great experience with them. The best one yet. I’d 100% recommend putting your trust in them. You won’t be disappointed.

Sehr schwach für so ein großes Unternehmen! Ich hoffe die Ipad Tastatur die ich bestellt habe taugt auch was. Nicht so wie die Powerbank die ich aufgrund von einer Rückrufaktion verwerfen musste..

Edit: 14.4.26 Der Kundensupport hat sich sehr schnell gemeldet und mir eine Lösung angeboten, daher ändere ich meine Bewertung auf drei Sterne also neutral. Die Bestellung sollte auch noch diese Woche ankommen.

A really good case, however the camera protection ring is really bad quality, and should be improved. It has broken twice now, warranty replaced it the first time so props for that, havent tried again. I believe this should really be fixed. However otherwise, a really good and protective case (and screen protector). Survived being kicked like a good meter into the air then falling onto rocks.. twice havent tried a third time

Great shopping experience and even greater customer support. Had an issue with missing stock, but it can confidently say that this was the most seamless refund process I have encountered. Even after I mistakenly chose the replacement option instead of the refund one, the team at ESR easily resolved it and issued me the refund in a matter of days.

I recently ordered a cover for my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and I am extremely impressed! The product quality is top-notch and feels very premium. But what truly amazed me was the customer support. Ich hab mir für mein iPhone 17 Pro die Cyber Tough Magnet-Hülle bestellt! Ich bin total begeistert! 🤩 Total hochwertig verarbeitete Hülle, optisch sehr ansprechend, obwohl sie sehr robust ist, trägt sie überhaupt nicht auf, schaut einfach toll aus! 😍 Der Stash-Ständer ist sehr praktisch, möchte ihn nicht mehr missen, er ist super in die Hülle eingearbeitet und das Handy liegt ganz flach auf sämtlichen Oberflächen auf, das Handy wackelt kein bisschen, einfach super angenehm! Die Hülle deckt das gesamte Kamera- Plateau ab, was mir sehr wichtig ist! Die dreischichtige Struktur der Hülle bietet optimalen Schutz! Ich finde zudem die Abdeckung für die Ladebuchse toll und selbst über den Lautsprechern ist ein ganz feines Gitter und schützt damit optimal vor Staub und Schmutz! Natürlich ist die Hülle etwas schwerer als andere Hüllen, aber man bekommt hier eine unschlagbare Qualität zu einem sehr guten Preis! Ich hatte vorher die Hybrid Magnet-Hülle und wollte aber noch stärkeren Schutz und hab mich aus diesem Grund für diese Hülle entschieden! Mein altes iPhone 14 Pro ist mir nämlich runtergefallen und trotz Hülle (anderer Hersteller) ist die komplette Glasrückseite gesprungen! Und jetzt möchte ich mein neues iPhone optimal schützen! Bin sehr sehr happy! Lieferzeit war angegeben mit 7-15 Werktage, weil die Hülle nicht auf Lager war, sonst Lieferzeit deutlich kürzer! Hülle war pünktlich bei mir! Super gut verpackt in einem luftgepolsterten Umschlag! Alles unversehrt angekommen! Werde nur noch ESR Produkte kaufen, Qualität überzeugt mich! Preis-Leistung einfach top! 👍

I ordered a Iphone 17 pro case with a stand located around the camera. I absolutely love the style of the case and the feel of it. The camera stand broke after about a half a year, BUT ESR honored the warranty and is sending me a new one. Great products and customer service.

My order somehow got lost originally. But the great customer service people at ESR replaced my order in a very timely manner. Many thanks to the good people at ESR. Thank you again.
