Tow cover lunar quasar 462
Poor Jamie at tow pro did I give him the run around but in the end we got there with his guidance. Ordered the fast track service which was brilliant, informed every step of the way right up to the delivery date. Delivery was on the date specified. Product is great quality and fits the caravan like a glove, very impressed and I'm not easily impressed cheers guys!!

Problems with Customer Services
I ordered a cover for a Coachman 460 VIP caravan, however I accidentally ordered one for 460-2 VIP. I contacted a member of the customer services team. I was told that it would be possible to arrange a change for the correct cover. Later that day I received a curt email basically saying "I had ordered it and it was my problem and no exchange was possible". I feel that it would be helpful if ALL the customer services team used the same script.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment. From your initial contact, it wasn’t clear that the issue was due to the incorrect year being selected, so we asked for further details to investigate. Once reviewed, it became apparent that the order was placed for a 2013 Coachman VIP 460-2, and the cover you received was manufactured to those exact specifications. Unfortunately, caravan dimensions and profiles differ between years, which is why the cover is not compatible with your 2023 model.
If this had been a problem with the cover itself, or an error on our part, we would of course have rectified this for you. However, in this instance the cover cannot be altered once made, and a new one would be required for the correct specification. We also offered to provide you with details of which caravans your existing cover is suitable for, to assist with resale should you wish.
I appreciate that this was not the resolution you were hoping for, and I’m sorry if our communication came across as curt.

Swift Basecamp Window Protection
Having used Specialised Covers in the past I already knew the quality of service and the quality of there made to fit Tow Pro Caravan covers. But then we discovered that they do a front window cover for the Swift Basecamp which we now own. The fit is great and looks fantastic on the Caravan. The front window on a Basecamp is over £1275 to replace if damaged. So hopefully this cover will prevent and damage to the window.
