It took 4 weeks from ordering to…
It took 4 weeks from ordering to delivery which was longer than expected. No written instructions so had to go online and video fairly decent. Only issue was having to re thread corner straps through their fittings as quite short and wouldn’t adjust. (Loosen or tighten)

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Our covers were on a 3–4 week lead time at the time of your order, and during busy periods dispatch can fall towards the end of that timeframe, so we appreciate your patience.
We don’t send out written instructions with our covers, but we do both a fitting guide and fitting video on our website to help with installation. The corner straps should be fully adjustable, so if the ones you received aren’t functioning as they should, please get in touch with us at info@specialisedcovers.com
and we’ll be happy to arrange replacements.

Generally happy with the tow cover.
Generally happy with the tow cover and the ease with which it can be fitted to the 'van. This is our second cover and unfortunately the stitching alongside the zip failed in a similar manner to our first cover. Our first cover was repaired quickly under the 12 month warranty. This cover was just outside the warranty period and it took a couple of email exchanges before the company agreed a repair without charge. This was undertaken quickly and am happy with the repair. Thank you.

A little disappointed no fastening strap as standard.
Looks a good cover, strong and snug fitting. However, with the price tag, I would have expected at least one underbelly fasting strap, which I would not expect to be classed as an "accessory".

Great product and customer service.
From the day I placed my order for a full caravan cover, Specialised Covers kept me well-informed via email every step of the way. They informed me when my order was received, when the cover was in the cutting room, and when it was complete. They even dispatched it before the estimated delivery date!
The cover was really quick and simple to fit over the caravan, the introduction of zips fitted to the back of the cover make it so much easier to fit. I would very much recommend this company to friends and relatives.

Expensive but you get the best
Great product great delivery time. Nice and unexpected to have extendable poles to help getting it on the van. Nice to have door entry even though it wasn’t mentioned. You do get what you pay for with specialised covers and great long term investment. Makes caravan even more secure from theft 4 stars only as it is expensive but arguably worth it.
