Tow Pro cover Swift Europa
Ordered a towing cover for my Swift Europa Caravan. I read all of the reviews as it wasn't cheap but I wanted to protect the Van when in tow. You pay for what you get and the quality is outstanding. Even the hitch cover is better quality than dealer A frame covers. Considering this had to be made, the timeframe was quick, 10 days from order to dispatch email. The quality of the cover is superb and I would highly recommend the company for customer service, quality and all round satisfaction. If you are considering a towing cover, these will look class when you are on the road and protect your investment. I can't speak highly enough of specialised covers. I will be ordering the full cover next.

Searched for a decent front cover to protect stone damage to the front of our new touring caravan.
A bit pricey I thought, but on receipt the quality was found to be excellent.
Much more well padded than the cover we had for our previous van.
Prompt delivery too.

Doesn’t value their customers
This company doesn’t take responsibility for poorly designed products that haven’t lasted a reasonable amount of time. Their retailer refers you to deal with them, but they then refer you back to the retailer when you make reference to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our problem relates to a Tow Pro cover for a Bailey Unicorn which has always seemed too tight for the caravan. Within 24 months of purchase, the stitching had started to come apart, and it’s even worse 18 months later, meaning the cover is now nigh on unusable.
Having spoken to other owners of the same caravan range who also own the same cover, and it would seem that I am not alone in the fact that the product hasn’t lasted very well for lots of other people either.
I can’t believe they wouldn’t even offer a repair given they are local to me, and would cost them very little to do. Very disappointing and I won’t be replacing the cover with one made by them unfortunately. Very poor customer service and poor quality product.
Edit following the response from the manufacturer:-
Item was supplied with the caravan it had always been used on. Original invoice from Prima Leisure supplied as requested dating back to Jan 2022.
Previous owner had reported the issue to them in the past (have copies of correspondence.)
All documents and information were supplied as requested. Nothing has been withheld.
Manufacturer is well aware of issues on a wider scale.

Following our investigation after your contact with us, we can confirm that the Towing cover referenced was not purchased directly from Prima Leisure, nor was it purchased new from ourselves. As the cover was bought second-hand, it unfortunately falls outside of our warranty and aftersales support processes. We are unable to accept or repair second-hand covers, as we cannot verify their usage history, fitting accuracy, or how the product has been stored or maintained.
We would also like to clarify that our customer service team requested further information from you in order to investigate the issue in more detail; however, this information was not provided.
Our covers are designed and tested to fit the specified caravan models when purchased new and fitted correctly. Any stitching failure within the warranty period is something we would always be keen to investigate and resolve even if a customer who has purchased directly from us or from one of our Trade customers and their cover is outside of warranty we would be happy to review repair options. However, statutory consumer rights and remedies remain with the retailer who originally sold the product, not the manufacturer particularly where an item has been resold privately.
We understand how disappointing it is when a product does not meet expectations, and we regret that we were unable to offer a resolution in this instance. That said, we must apply our policies consistently and fairly to all customers.

Purchase, communication and delivery all 5/5. The product exterior is excellent but the interior appears to leave small scratches on the car. This is not the end of the world as the car has a protective coating but it does mean I only use the cover when I am away from home and not daily as intended. If the interior was softer the review would be 5/5

Kept informed of order progress (cutting,sewing etc.) during manufacture. Cover delivered within timescale indicated when ordered. Really pleased with service and cover.
Good quality beautifully made outdoor cover for Lotus 7 series 4, cover fits nicely doesn't billow in the wind and keeps the Lotus dry. Been in use approximately 1 month, no problems and can't forsee any.
