Put in a reservation, but request couldn’t be fulfilled. No other option available that would be acceptable for size and price. Very disappointing

The success was unexpected and welcome. I had been looking for storage for our motor home with marginal success - either very expensive or in the middle of a field, neither of which was ideal. Leon was friendly and kind, asking all the right questions but not too personal. He found me the perfect spot within 10 miles of our home. Super convenient, paved, gated and secure. The reservation was super simple without providing payment in advance.

Easy process to find what I needed not a thousand questions all answers

The agent provided me with the wrong rates for the space I was looking at. I asked if the $60 was the monthly rate before the 50% off promotion and he said yes it was. When in reality, the $60 was the promotional rate and the normal rate was $120.

I never got the lock code and the unit wasn’t as describe

Information was incorrect which forced me to seek storage elsewhere after i moved in...
Hard to understand broker.

Didn’t inform me that the next payment was going to be in a couple of days after I paid to reserve a lot that I haven’t got in to. And did help me by getting a refund on I lot that I couldn’t get into or with the storage to be credited back . False advertising in their end.

Definitely a five star! Unit is in very nice and clean in an environment controlled building. And I can have access anytime day or night. I’m recently been through alot with divorce and changing the lifestyle I once had. But this was a very smooth experience. Which was great considering everything I’ve been encountering. The young man named Mr. Taylor was more than helpful and friendly. He handled everything very well. He went out of his way to get me situated in a unit. Thank you so much Mr. Taylor! I will most definitely will refer others to your business.
