My son recently bought a property in Spain . He dealt with Val from Spanish Property Choice who was extremely professional,helpful , and courteous throughout the whole process . Because it was difficult for my son to travel to Spain at that time , Val organized an excellent video tour of the property and the surrounding village . This enabled him to move forward with confidence with the purchase and also saved him a lot of time and expense. SPC also arranged for him to speak to a very good local English speaking solicitors in order for him to conclude the deal . They provided services such as Power of Attorney to deal with setting up Spanish bank accounts, Notary services Nie numbers etc . Val and her team at SPC were very friendly and efficient and took the pain out of buying the property in Spain ,as the legalities involved can be confusing without that professional help.
