Order of a mounting assembly for motorbike.
I had an issue during the transportation of the Package, but SP find quickly a solution for me and to provide asap the products.
Good material quality and good customer service.

Bought a Universal Bike Mount, have zero complaints. Had constant email updates with tracking. Arrived pretty quickly in London - a week to be exact.

Product is strong, adjustable fit on my bike stem, been using for over a month now, good product :)

Only thing I will say to whoever buys it, keep the portable twister at hand, in the event you failed to slot in your phone correctly but twisted, you will need to 'untwist' the lock mechanism (cannot be done by hand) - you will know what I mean.

Eitherway I like the product!!

I have bought a few items from SP Connect. The customer service has been amazing. When I needed a custom part to adapt the Moto Stem Mount to fit my motorbike they were happy to help. It was ordered, made and dispatched all on the same day.
Yesterday I contacted them about a spare part, today it is with me. Truly first class service.
On top of that the products are well made to a high standard.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Terrible quality on their iPhone 12 Pro covers. They are not fit for purpose. Now they tell me that DHL can't ship to Ireland due to Coronavirus and Brexit which is a load of rubbish.First they tried the coronavirus tunnel closure, when I used the very same link they sent me to show that the tunnel was open and operating as usual for hauliers, they decided that it was brexit, but Ireland isn't a part of the UK. Why are Irish (EU) citizens being discriminated against by other EU countries because of brexit? Are you telling me that DHL doesn't have procedures in place to deliver to Ireland? Are our airports closed? Are our sea links to Mainland Europe stopped? NO, they are operational. This is an excuse to get out of a deal for incredibly poor quality for their products. Stay away from SP Connect buy a Rockform or Quadlock instead.

I have been using SP-Connect holders since the Spring when I bought one to mount my iPhone to my bicycle.
Very impressed with the design, feel, build and protection qualities of the case, so when it was time to upgrade my phone, the logical choice was to get a new SP-Connect case.
I placed the order directly on their website and waited in anticipation. After a few days the case arrived and then, disaster! realised that I had ordered the wrong case... (user error!) so contacted them directly to ask what could be done, and they responded quickly to my request and sent me a correct replacement free of charge.
This is what good customer service looks like, and I will be buying many more cases and ancillaries in the coming months and years.

So I bought an SP Connect bundle for my Samsung S9 in their Black Friday Sale.
The web site is a little misleading as it purports to be based in the UK but in reality the goods are actually sent to you from abroad so shipping is a lot longer than anticipated.
My purchase was due to be delivered by DHL who failed to turn up on three different days even after thay had sent a two hour time slot on each occasion for a delivery, they where still a no show.
I contacted DHL customer service and SP Connect but neither where interested in the least and did nothing to help locate the parcel or get it delivered.
When it did finally turn up everything was there.

The case for my Samsung S9 fitted okay but it has no screen protection and unlike my other cases, blocks you from using the wireless charge feature which wasnt mentioned when I placed the order.
The Waterproof screen cover which does NOT come with the case and is a seperate purchase is particularly disapointing. It's extreamly difficult to fit, stops you from pluggling in any kind of USB or headphones and also stops you from using the touchscreen so is pretty useless.
The arm strap for working out in the Gym, etc seems solid enough and it seems to do the job.
The Bike attachment is pretty low quality and I'm not convinced that this will be secure at any real speed but only time will tell.
The car mount is also pretty disapointing.

All in all, this will likely be the only purchase I ever make with SP Connect, if I'd paid the full price for these items, they'd be getting sent back.
With the Black Friday discount they are still pretty disapointing for the money but it's not worth the additional aggravation of sending it back so I'll live with it.

All in all I wouldnt recomend this to anyone else. There are far better products out there for just a little more money from what I can tell.

Just brillant... Quick and easy ordering... quick delivery. And when the packet arrived, there was a small bag of Haribo Gummibärchen in side also... Can recommend the Moto kid.

Con Galaxy Note 9 impossibile mantenere il vetro salva-schermo con supporto per moto fornito da SPconnect perchè non sta in sede (il supporto si spinge troppo all'interno dello shermo e non può essere messo sopra il vetro perchè troppo aderente) . O si mette il supporto o si mette il salva-schermo col rischio che se ti cade il telefono il vetro rimane rovinato. Un vetro salva-schermo l'ho perso mentre andavo e l'altro l'ho rotto mentre cercavo di mettere il supporto. Altra cosa che non va è che il telefono risulta poco inclinato e quindi mal leggibile il navigatore per il riflesso della luce. Ultima cosa, non è possbile eseguire ricarica wireless perchè il supporto lo impedisce (dovresti toglierlo ogni volta). Scritto all'azienda, ma nessuna risposta
