I bought a bicycle bundle from that company. I paid 167€ for nothing since the main screw and what I suppose to be a special nut are missing. I sent immediately am email to the customer service. 1 week has passed and I didn't even get an answer. To all the fellow cyclists, avoid this company.

I am deeply concerned and disappointed about my order, so I thought better to write it here. I could not recieve a tracking code after 5th day of my confirmed order! All my desperate attempts of reaching out to SP Connect via e-mail, contact form and social media were unsuccessful. All I got an automated email so far. I have a huge suspicion that is a scam website.

Für das Produkt an sich würde ich mehr Sterne geben.
Für die Webseite allerdings nicht.
Laut Webseite habe ich eine Halterung bestellt die sowohl für SPC als auch für SPC+ gedacht ist. Dem war Leiter nicht so.
Man erklärte mir, daß ich einen Fehler gemacht hätte.
Daraufhin ließ ich meine Ehefrau, meine Tochter und einen Kollegen den Artikel bestellen. Alle machten den selben "Fehler"
Nachdem ich den Hinweis gab die Seite zu überarbeiten, wurde mir erklärt, daß ich mir in Zukunft Hilfe holen solle wenn ich nicht fähig sei etwas zu bestellen.
Das ist frech.

I bought a support and its anti-vibration kit for my Yamaha T-Max -it is mounted on top of the rear brake fluid reservoir-.
In three months I have carried out two repairs to the camera of my iPhone XR -complete replacement of the lens and electronic autofocus system- due to the vibrations that the SP system has not filtered.
My personal experience is absolutely negative, I have lost support money and two optics repairs at Apple. Negative, 0 confidence in the system.

Great customer service! I lost one small piece of my sp-connect mount and I couldn’t order that piece alone. Then I should’ve ordered a whole new mount. So I got in contact with customer service and they sent it to me for only the shipping costs. With some candy attached to it haha. Awesome guys thank you!

Item did not fit , took them 3 weeks to refund me they kept saying it was lost it was not till I raised it with Pay Pal that they acted not good AVOID

Außergewöhnlich kulant und sehr kurze Reaktionszeiten, einfach vorbildlich.

I have a new iPhone 14 (pro max) and waited a few weeks to order and delivery for the new SP Connect case.
I finally received it today and have to find out that they changed the connection, they didn't or do not mention it on their website?
I was really a fan, I have 5 or more mounts.
This means that you have to buy new mounts if you don't wont to use the only one included ugly adapter or if you have vibration mounts.
Quality of the new connection is a lot thinner, not so strong.
I feel scammed, so watch out before you buy.

The charger doesn’t work as supplied on modern phones. However you can replace the out of date items sp supply for yet more money with - SP connect. Budget for these items if you are thinking of getting the charger. You cannot use a a cable since the waterproof cover covers the charging port (as indeed it must),

You need a 3:0 charger cable and power source for the charger to work on modern phones. (According to sp - but yet to be tested ). But these are not supplied and there’s no mention of this when ordering - despite the phone type being listed on the order.

Why the up to date items aren’t supplied in the first place is baffling. Customers are bound to be disappointed and frustrated.

I’ve spent a further £60 to make the charger work on my I phone 12 mini for my use ( motorbike and bicycle) . They haven’t arrived yet but here’s hoping that the advice they gave me about how their product can be made to work is correct.

I’ve reflected upon whether I’m being unfair in this review - but I’m just not. This is so so disappointing for SP to supply products that they know don’t work on modern equipment.

They don't publish bad reviews on the website. My SP Connect Ring broke after two weeks because low plastic quality

I ordered a brake fluid mount for my Sazuki Bergman 650 2014 , I messaged them a few times about my needs and all seemed well apart from there crazy prices, but I couldn’t find this mount anywhere else so I was stuck. I ordered and waited well beyond the delivery of 2 days, when I opened the package I could tell straight away it wasn’t gonna fit and I was right😩 it was at least an inch short? I was gutted at this point as I was hoping to use the bike tomorrow morning on a hospital appointment 65miles away and needed the mount for my phone for the sat Nav. I’ve been emailing them since 11am this morning informing them of there mistake and they have not replied to my request for help at this time and it’s now 3pm, they have no contact number to call so I’m stuck. I’ve also looked at there return conditions and apparently I have to pay the return fees even though it’s there fault? ( I don’t think so 👎 ) all in all a bad service and I’m disappointed, they gave me all the hype so I would buy but that’s as far as it goes. Just out of interest as well if you look at all the reviews on there own website they seem to have nothing but 5 star all the way down the list? Not even one 4 star? They are all 5😏 curious… agsin I don’t think so. Hope this helps and NO I wouldn’t recommend them needless to say.

Gemäß Artikelbeschreibung ist das induktive Laden mit dem SP-Connect Phone Case weiterhin möglich.
Im Kleingedruckten (Fußnote) wird darauf hingewiesen, dass Zitat: “die besten Ergebnisse“ mit dem QC 3.0 Standard erzielt werden.

In der Realität bedeutet das, dass bei mir keinerlei induktive Ladevorgänge mit dieser Hülle möglich sind. Weder mit einer 08/15 IKEA Lampe, noch in einem nagelneuen Fahrzeug eines deutschen Herstellers.

Eine Rücksendung wird natürlich angeboten, aber hier bitte nicht von der .de Domain blenden lassen! Dieser hat nach Österreich zu erfolgen und die Kosten des Rückversands sind durch den Käufer zu entrichten (unabhängig von fragwürdigen Artikelbeschreibungen).

Letzteres soll aber hier nicht in die Bewertung einfließen, da die Rückgabebedingungen im Gegensatz zu den Möglichkeiten des induktiven Ladens klar formuliert sind und vor der Bestellung nachgelesen werden können.

Quick and easy ordering... quick delivery. And when the packet arrived, there was a small bag of Haribo Gummibärchen inside also. Very surprised with the quality of the bike anchor and universal mount, hold up quite well in my first MTB ride with them. Only issue I would have is that they do not fabricate case for Google Pixel 5. But in any case, I liked it so much that I ordered a couple of things to have a spare. Thank you!, and please consider adding a google pixel 5 case and let me know, I would seriously appreciate it!

I m very disappointed with SP CONNECT. I bought the new iPhone 13 pro and I bought the phone case from Sp connect. I had iPhone XS before with all the sp connect accessories for my running and cycling. Only to find out that for no reason now my new iPhone case does not match any of my cycling or running sp connect! This is outrageous which means that obviously sp connect only cares about making money making us buy everything again! It won’t happen.

Update: customer service reacted and apologized. Item is not in stock, website states it does: system error. Will be shipped as soon as it comes in which is this Monday. We'll see.

I ordered my MTB kit a few days ago. Shipment within 24 yours. Yeah, right... 3 days later still no shipment. Customer service 'you have to take weekends and bank-holidays in account'. There are none between this Monday and Wednesday. No further follow-up. Hope the product is better than the order handling. Hope it is not a scam. Hope that I can adapt my review later when I have the product at hand.

I only have a short experience with the products, but they seem to be good and maybe worth the high price. In any case, they are comfortable and have an attractive design.
But in spite of this price, the service is not appropriate: After my request for the best (cheapest) approach to order the parts that I need, the customer service employee recommended an extensive order of all possible parts and a return of the unneeded parts. Thats, why I assumed the return was free of charge. But AFTER the delivery, a return was only possible at my expense: From Germany to Austria for €9! No further goodwill. Bad experience.

Based on previously excellent experience of SP Connect mounts for an iPhone XR handy on bicycles I bought the mirror-mount universal adaptor.
Unfortunately within 20-30 minutes of riding the iPhone main camera was totally destoyed by the vibrations transmitted through the rigid mount. I cannot vouch for whether the vibration damper would provide a solution, as the repair has already cost 90 euro and i wont be risking my repaired phone (and another 30 euro purchase cost) to find out.
I would strongly suggest that any rider of a large V-twin or other bike with significant vibration should avoid this product with new/modern iPhones/Android with IS built-in to the camera.

Nothing more to say other than while riding my phone fell off and the piece it was attached to now has car tyre marks on it. Tried e-mailing customer service on 5th of May and not had a response.
