South Downs Bikes Arvostelua

We had a great experience with South Downs Bikes. The bike was very reasonably priced and it was delivered within 3 days. It looks like a great bike but my son hasn't used it yet.

South Downs Bikes couldn’t have been more helpful or supportive of a pre-Christmas bike emergency! Martin (the director) somehow managed to convince Hornit to send me an out of stock bike, which arrived today just in time to be wrapped. Amazing service, thank you so much 🌟

Had the stock that nobody else did and delivered it promptly

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Would 100% recommend. Thank you so much for taking the time to deliver the bike, it was hugely appreciated!

Ordered my item, and received it in good time.

I had a problem with a voucher not being forwarded to my email. I therefore sent an email to the shop. They were extremely quick & helpful to resolve the matter.

Had a great experience! Ordered a bike I have been wanting for ages, was lucky to receive an email telling me it was back in stock, picked it up next day, fully built and waiting for me!
The guys in the store went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that I had everything I needed! Great store and great company to order from!

Recently bought a bike from a different shop and realised the front dynamo wasn't working and booked a repair slot at this place as was close by. Initially they told me they couldn't find out what was wrong and all the connections were fine and told me to provide the warranty to get the front wheel replaced. Another guy quickly had a look at the bike and said some of the wires were loose and fixed it within 5 minutes and didn't even charge me, very nice guy. I'm not sure why they didn't have a look properly in the first place though.

I previously posted a one star review (it’s now deleted) it was a knee jerk response to the live chat not responding to my complaint about non delivery.
I’ve since had a telephone call from South Downs Bikes, explaining the issue a replacement was immediately made available and posted the day after now waiting for Royal Mail to deliver.

Order finally turned up after 12 days, second class post untracked probably needs upgrading. Product is awesome though. Used as a replacement for IOS no longer supporting the right kind of Bluetooth.

Had a minor issue with a wheel that wasn’t quite right and had to take it back to the shop after a repair. Wheel was fixed, they also fitted a new tyre for me, which I had purchased separately and Martin (owner), sorted me out with a coffee on the house from cafe across the road, thanks for that.
So, happy days, will definitely be back for upgrades and would recommend.
Thanks
David

Item arrived quickly and well packed. Many thanks.

Great response to an issue with delivery, kept in contact and resolved courier issues. Fantastic service from them

Very helpful answered all my questions patiently great communication before and after sales.

Great service, helpful, 5 star service

A big thank you to Andy at the Storrington branch. My free hub was well and truly knackered, creaking when riding forward and kicking back when trying to freewheel. Sadly I can't replace the free hub so ultimately I'll need a new wheel. However Andy worked some black magic and breathed some new life into it, it feels almost new. Well worth the nominal fee to keep me mountainbiking until I find the right new rear wheel that I want.

Great company. Helpful from the start.
Would highly recommend!!

Ordered a tyre online, drove to the shop to find out they didn't have it even though online said they had stock. Wasted my time and money and I won't be using this company again.

Straightforward and quick to purchase and delivery was straightforward and quick and they were offering a good price on a hard to get helmet light. Well done Southdown bikes
