July 2026. 10 bets , two winners, 8 losses. Huge overall lost including £120 membership fee. Two strong bets promised did not materialise.

Great prices and customer services to match.

The service I received from start to finished was exemplary. I would highly recommend buying from them.

Great service and communications from this retailer, very happy and I shall use them again.

Bike repair and upgrade all completed successfully, quickly and good value. Happy bike and rider!

I am very new to cycling Martin and Josh helped and guided me nothing was to much amazing service and a new customer for life.

Package sent with missing parts. However, once South Downs were informed, the missing parts were sent and arrived next day, with no argument.

Excellent service quick and reasonable.

Took my Trek in for new chain and gear set and it was repaired in 2 hrs and now runs like a Rolls Royce once more!

Reduced the price to match other website sales and excellent quick delivery

I bought something, they sent it. Wow! Now stop sending me constant reminders to "review my purchase". Its *****y annoying. Even the courier asks for a review on how they did!

Also I don't need daily emails on your offers, though I have managed to stop these.

Brilliant service, helping me find the right bike for me when the one I wanted was out of stock. Great communication and delivery was quick and trouble-free. I'm so happy with my new bike!

Love my new speclized Levo brought from south downs bike, the guy's said it would put a smile on my face , it rips up the climbs on the downs and is amazing fun to ride Thanks to the guys for all the help, Martin runs a great bike shop

Excellent service by Ollie at Southdowns Bikes Storrington, apart from the tubeless refresh my Headset Bearings were identified as about to explode and consequently replaced. All this was performed via a scheduled bike appointment whilst I waited as had travelled down from Horsham. Excellent service, highly recommend to all.
