Debido a la falta de información sobre cómo devolver el bolso, utilicé la información en línea de Soruka. En ella se indica claramente que debo devolverlo "dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la recepción". Soruka no ha respondido. Su atención al cliente es inaceptablemente mala.

I saw their bag range in a shop and loved their style and quality. So i looked them up and ordered boots. My boots are just as pictured on the site with the correct sizing. Quality and pricing both on point with added discount on site. The delivery was within the time frame and the packaging was in good condition. I get compliments and questions when wearing them out and about. I recommend Soruka and will order again. Maybe a bag ,)

Bought your bag in Barcelona- love it BuT:
I bought one of your cute crossover bags on my 1st trip to Barcelona at your shop there in late Nov 2025. I love it and use it but the metal plate that holds the closure on the front of bag lost a small screw. I hope my husband can repair it. Too soon for that to happen :(. Thanks. E
