Misled by Sales Team
Despite being very clear that the delivery was down stairs I was assured by sales staff it would be fine. Delivery drivers declined due to H&S and said Sales staff are fully aware they don’t deliver anything downstairs. Item shouldn’t have ever been sold. Then had to argue for a refund.
Also paid £5 for an installation which has been marked for refund on the delivery slip as not possible, Yet to recieve any contact.
I’ve used Sonic Direct many times, but feel like the sales team neglected any common sense this time in a desperate push for commission.

Drivers were polite and friendly
Drivers were polite and friendly. They were willing to put my purchase exactly where I wanted it. My only complaint is that I was waiting till late afternoon. An indication of am or pm delivery would improve the service.

Big F/F experience
It was very smooth and problem free shopping . Not too expensive delivery fee to 20miles away Skipton. Ones delivered guys Hammad and Sabeel helped me to bring it home and we are taking about 120kg F/F. Good service. Thank you.

The delivery was made on time, after a 30 minute warning they were on their way. They parked correctly and delivered it with a smile. Sanders and Macies were polite and checked i was happy before they left.
