Ordered on line and collected in store the same day. Needed to speak to customer services on the phone and they were polite and very helpful. In store collection staff were friendly and very prompt with the collection. The prices are always extremely competetive. Used Sonic for years now, they always offer good value and good service.

We got the fridge freezer delivered and when we unwrapped it there was a dent in the front but after a phone call and a couple of uploaded photos we got a replacement straight away. No quibbling

Slow delivery, slight damage but great customer service.
I was a bit disappointed that APC Overnight at cost of £12.23 took 4 days in all as they don't do weekends. The products work as expected but one radiator had minor cosmetic damage. Customer service was excellent and made a suitable goodwill gesture and I kept the goods. I do prefer things not to end up wasted!
