Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience from start to finish. They have lots of items in stock and the delivery for our item was free, with a small charge for taking our old one away for recycling. Our fridge broke so we needed something quickly and this was the quickest option for us and turned out to be the cheapest too.
Everyone I spoke to was really friendly including the delivery guys who were super helpful too.
Five stars from me.

Vastaus yritykseltä Sonic Direct
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and share your experience.
We wanted to provide a bit of clarity regarding the extra cost mentioned in your feedback. This charge was specifically for the door removal service on your American-style fridge freezer.
Removing and carefully reinstalling the doors on these oversized units is a highly involved and time-consuming task for our delivery team. However, it is a necessary step to ensure we can safely manoeuvre the appliance through smaller door frames without causing any damage to the unit or your home.
We can see from looking at your order, that after a short discussion with our sales team, this cost was waivered and we successfully delivered your item into the property.
We hope you are satisfied with your new appliance and look forward to serving you again in the future.
Thank you

Always good service from the Sonic Store
Sonic always gives good service & this time was no exception. We like the fact that we can see & handle the display models before buying, the staff are knowledgeable & helpful without being pushy, the goods are competitively priced, & you can drive away with your purchase if it's in stock (& more often than not it is). This time we bought & drove away with a Hisense BI622ABPGUK built-in electric oven. We hadn't intended to buy Hisense - we went to look at a different brand of oven - but this is where the opportunity to physically inspect the goods & listen to the advice & experience of the sales assistant matters. The oven we bought is definitely the one that best meets our needs.

We had a problem with our Fridge…
We had a problem with our Fridge freezer, this would have probably cost more than a new one, so we decided to buy one and Sonic Direct was chosen. Their website was very good and pricing was favourable. Delivery was very good and arrived before the time expected even after getting a message that it will be later than expected. Can`t fault them. Would use again.
