Sonic Direct Arvostelua

Ordered on line and collected in store the same day. Needed to speak to customer services on the phone and they were polite and very helpful. In store collection staff were friendly and very prompt with the collection. The prices are always extremely competetive. Used Sonic for years now, they always offer good value and good service.

Helpful staff in the showroom. Good advice given. Purchase made and delivered within a few days. Polite, professional staff delivered and installed fridge freezer and removed old appliance.

We purchased the oven one day and it was delivered and fit the very next day, the old one was taken away and all the wrapping was removed by the fitter. Absolutely hassle free. Many thanks.

We got the fridge freezer delivered and when we unwrapped it there was a dent in the front but after a phone call and a couple of uploaded photos we got a replacement straight away. No quibbling

Competitive pricing, decent customer service, let down by shabby delivery

Excellent customer service. Was very overwhelmed with the choice of tv’s. David explained everything to me and helped me choose based on my needs. Thorough professional. Thank you

I was a bit disappointed that APC Overnight at cost of £12.23 took 4 days in all as they don't do weekends. The products work as expected but one radiator had minor cosmetic damage. Customer service was excellent and made a suitable goodwill gesture and I kept the goods. I do prefer things not to end up wasted!

the man who assisted me was very helpful i explained what i wanted and he showed me what was on offer and explained and demonstrated the appliance

Good choice of appliances. Kept informed about delay on delivery and why.
Good communication about delivery times. Helpful service. Competitive price. Would purchase electrical items again.

No issues. Quick delivery. Clear communication

Very quick and efficient service. The item I ordered was in my house ready for use in less than 24 hours from me placing the order. Would highly recommend.

The prices are competitive and the customer service is exceptional. I was called before the delivery to confirm a delivery date and received a text with timings, plus called when the delivery was an hour away, just as I was promised. The delivery and fitment team of Sandeep and Maciej were professional and friendly…again excellent customer service. That’s why I come back again and again to Sonic Direct.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience with Sonic Direct when purchasing my washing machine. Andrew was very helpful in advising me and helping me choose the right washing machine. Sandeep and Maciej handled the delivery and installation, and they were both extremely helpful, professional, and polite throughout the process.

The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service from the entire team. Thank you, Andrew, Sandeep, and Maciej, for your outstanding service. I would happily recommend Sonic Direct to others!

Good service, great selection, all at affordable prices,

Definitely recommend

Next day delivery bonus. Two delivery men who installed washer.
Sandeep and Maciej, very polite and efficient. Unpacked all packaging on van. Insulation was straight forward, care was taken so not to damage flooring. Credit to both young men for a professional job done. Thank you

Leaked water all over the floor on first wash .
And there was no rush to replace it.
( replaced following day approx 3.00pm)

I purchased a Washing machine from Sonicdirect and the Delivery team of Minde & Stuart.P were very friendly and efficient. They had my old machine removed and the new one installed in no time at all. Well done !
