Everything was ok , shop in Bradford dealt with everything so well , delivery men fine , no problems with washing machine . Sonic bradford shop and staff were fair and professinal . Thank you

Unfortunately this was an abortedo project

Sonic Direct were great. Chaf was very helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know about the best way of getting my new cooker to my cottage. They also stored it for a month until my kitchen was completed. Great service at a great price

Great service all around from choosing through to delivery, great knowledgeable staff and very friendly

Good product, poor customer service.

Great customer service. Kept up to date with delivery and arrived as promised. Installed and removal if old appliance and packaging removed within 25mins

Excellent service by Shafaq and the rest of the team at Sonic Direct...they gave me a bundle price that I couldn't refuse, I had initially placed my order by phone and I gave them the wrong product number for the gas hob so had the wrong one delivered as a result,. When I rang them to sort it out they exceeded my expectations by doing an exchange promptly without any fuss.
They usually charge a delivery fee but Shafaq the number one salesman waived the delivery fee too... Keep it up lads

No at all happy with sales assistance
They say something and when items are delivered it’s not been noted from the sales assistance
Delivery men can’t do nothing it’s very frustrating
They should keep to their word
Very disappointing

I cannot say enough of how grateful I am for the continued service received following the breakdown of my microwave.
From customer services, delivery arrangements to collect at delivery, the replacement ...to the arrival of the new one.
The delivery drivers ( who I just had to get their names ) were like a lovely double act. Communication by phone to advise of the delivery and the kindness and care, received from Sandeep and Maciej!upon delivery !
Thank you xxx

Brilliant, beats AMAZON ! on prices and delivery

Great service from staff and delivery drivers

Great company with good knowledgeable people working there. Always have a good experience at sonic direct. I bought a tumble dryer from here. No nonsense. Good advice and out of there in 20 mins. Will be back again.

Full attention. Kindness. Assisted with options. Great 👍

Pleased with the dehumidifier which arrived on the day expected.
