Unsere solaredge Photovoltaikanlage steht seit dem 16.07.2025 still. Trotz Garantieansprüchen hat der Vertragsinstallateur, der die Anlage errichtet hat, sie nicht wieder funktionstüchtig bekommen.
Ein Kontakt zum Mutterkonzern war keine Hilfe, man hat uns nur nach einer Ticketnummer gefragt.
Will ich auf der website reklamieren, werde ich umgeleitet ohne zum Ziel zu kommen.

Ich habe seit über 3 Monaten eine Solaredge Fotovoltaikanlage. Habe dazu auch eine Smarte Wallbox geordert. Eine der teuersten auf dem Markt. Seit ich diese Inbetieb genommen hab ärgere ich mich jeden Tag aufs neue darüber. Immer neue Fehler. Und das schlimmste dabei es ist keine Unterstützung durch Solaredge zu erhalten weder schriftlich noch telefonisch. Habe schone einige Tickes aufgegeben ohne Reaktion dazu. Hier noch die Kontaktdaten Ulrich Rueß Schwendi habe eine Komplette Anlage von Solaredge für über 20 000 Euro errichtet.
Würde mich sehr freuen endlich nach zahlreichen erfolglosen Versuchen endlich jemand bei Solaredge zu erreichen. Gerne werde ich falls mir geholfen wird darüber berichten. Ich gebe ihnen jetzt noch zusätzlich meine Telefonnummer 015757139455.

After a lack of support from my installer for over a month I contacted Solaredge direct. The customer support assistant was able to rectify my optimiser problem remotely within minutes.

My SolarEdge Inverter stooped working after a trouble free 8 years service.
SolarEdge have replaced it within 2 weeks, no cost as it has a 25 year warranty.
The new inverter is even better, much easier to connect to the Solar Edge app.
The staff in Melbourne and Sydney have been most helpful, keeping me in the loop at all times as to where the replacement process was at, and the installer Josh was excellent.
I could not recommend them higher.

Product is nu 3 jaar oud: in 2025 2 maanden geen opbrengst omdat de omvormer stuk ging. Ondertussen zeer slechte ondersteuning, geen antwoord op vragen, gesprekken die zo maar worden beeindigd, wachttijden van meer dan een uur, dealer die niet in contact komt met Solaredge, Solaredge en dealer wijzen naar elkaar maar lossen niets op. Inmiddels werkt ook de monitoring niet meer. Waarschijnlijk communicatie unit stuk. Zelfde verhaal, non-antwoorden en ik moet maar wachten to er iemand in de buurt is. Inmiddels werkt het spul al ruim 2 maanden niet meer!! Gelukkig heb ik 12 jaar garantie….

We would like to raise a concern regarding our experience with the support provided by Varun Sharma.

Unfortunately, we have repeatedly experienced significant delays during our interactions. Responses and troubleshooting steps often take a considerable amount of time, while the issue is ultimately not resolved during the conversation and has to be escalated to a senior agent or converted into a case.

This has a significant impact on our work, as in many situations we could have created the case or escalated the issue ourselves within a few minutes. Instead, we spend a considerable amount of time waiting and going through troubleshooting steps without reaching a resolution.

We fully understand that some issues require additional investigation or escalation. However, in our repeated experience, the overall process with this agent has been considerably less efficient than with other members of the support team.

We would therefore appreciate it if this feedback could be reviewed, as the current experience is causing unnecessary delays and making it difficult for us to provide timely support to our own customers.

I would like to recognize Sudeep N for his excellent technical support today.

He once again provided very helpful and efficient assistance. He accepted my chat quickly and was able to address my issue without unnecessary delays. His communication was concise, direct, and professional, which made the whole interaction very smooth and efficient.

This is not the first time I have had such a positive experience working with Sudeep. We have collaborated repeatedly, and his approach and technical knowledge have consistently been excellent.

I would also like to mention that, if there is such an option, my colleagues and I would greatly appreciate being connected with more agents who have a similar level of technical knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism. We have had some less positive experiences in the past, so working with skilled and proactive agents like Sudeep makes a significant difference for us.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the support and would highly recommend Sudeep for future technical cases.

Quite a few things to reset and setup for a re-commision of a used multi range invertor, with the intent of a site battery upgrade / BUI, and the support via Swaroop was excellent (and patient too!)

Mon installateur solaredge ne répond plus depuis plusieurs jours eco habitat energy j'ai un problème avec le panneau affichage production. Je ne sais pas vers qui aller. Solaredge est injouable c'est pénible.

dopo 20 mesi, l'inverter è andato in corto, facendomi saltare interruttore di casa per eccessivo consumo dell'inverter stesso, che ha consumato di colpo tutta la batteria e quando essa è finita, ha iniziato a prelevare 10kw dal contatore enel. Dopo aver scritto ad installatore, questo mi chiede quasi 300 euro per il sopralluogo per verificare che il danno sia causato effettivamente da un problema dell'inverter e non provocato da danni "esterni" (chissà quali potrebbero essere poi..) Ho scritto alla casa madre, in data di lunedì, spiegando il problema, chiedendo di avere nominativo di un altro installatore autorizzato solaredge più vicino a casa, per evitare i costi della trasferta di circa 300 km del primo installatore. Nonostante i solleciti quotidiani tramite loro portale, caduti nel vuoto, ora se provo a scrivere in chat e a chiedere di parlare con una persona fisica, mi bloccano perfino la chat. Servizio a dire poco pessimo e fanno perdere solo tempo. Inutile dire che ho iniziato a contattare autonomamente installatori in regione, e ne ho trovato uno che è disposto a fare sopralluogo addebitandomi solo il diritto di chiamata, a sostituire quanto deve essere sostituito, verificare impianto e a prenderlo in carico per i successivi anni di garanzia, e a formalizzare le pratiche burocratiche. E al telefono sono pure super gentili. Per il prossimo impianto, mi sa che valuterò altri fornitori che siano qualitativamente migliori, sia sui prodotti, che come assistenza. E magari senza far sborsare al consumatore finale dei soldi per un impianto ancora in garanzia legale.

Ich habe gechattet urplötzlich hat sich keiner mehr gemeldet.
Die Komponenten in meiner üb Anlage sind gut, ich hatte durch Fehler bei Solar Edge keinen zugriff auf meine Software, Hilfe oder Problemlösung hat es nicht gegeben! Bin absolut enttäuscht dass man mit Kunden die Mehrere 10000 Euro bezahlen so umgeht! Ich plane bereits noch eine Pv Anlage aber dieses Mal selbstverständlich ohne solare Edge, die Firmen müssen das spüren wenn Sie Kunddn so behandeln, mit uns machen die Firmen das laufend.!
Ich habe ungelogen hunderte Male angerufen und geschrieben es hat niemanden interessiert.

Einfach mieß so ein Verhalten!!!

Då får jag också ställa mig i listan över kunder med dålig erfarenhet av support, har skapat ett case för över en vecka sedan med noll återkoppling från företaget. På deras supportsida kan man gå in och be om att få chatta med en tekniker, chatten kopplar upp och man kan ställa en fråga men det är tomt på andra sidan. Tragiskt att jag och många andra hamnat i denna sits och inte kan få hjälp.

I would recommend never to buy from SolarEdge. I have had a issue with my inverter for over a year now, and the support lines are truly useless outsourced script readers. I have given them every information they have asked for and more, and will not fix the faulty components. They are categorically useless for anything remotely technical and an embarrassment to the industry. You're lucky to get a response from them within mutliple weeks. My issue is related to having power dropouts every time the inverter hits full power.
