I was looking for a quick birthday purchase of some winterised Nike P-6000s that I needed for a holiday, and I came across Sneakerville. They even shipped them out to me within an hour of purchase in hopes that I could get them on the Saturday before my holiday on Monday. Throughout the whole process, they were so good at communicating. Unfortunately, Royal Mail messed it up and delivered them late, and I had already gone away. However, I know that Sneakerville did everything they could, from sending me pictures of them at the Post Office, proof of postage and apologising, even though it wasn’t their fault! I’ve just got back from my holiday, and the trainers arrived in perfect condition, as if I had purchased them from a main retailer. I will definitely use Sneakerville again, and I’m so glad I came across them!

Received a pair of Ugg slippers, a Chrustmas present for my granddaughter, however, on one of the slippers there is a clear ripple effect on the material & when you run your finger over it it is very evident, I have requested a refund & return due to this & because its an online purchase Sneakerville have decline my request. As per their T&C' only an online credit. Surely if the goods are faulty I am entitled to a refund?
They have finally come back to me to sort the issue out.
This company have now come up trumps for me. They have kept in touch & offered an exchange which I am more than happy with.
