Bought the Coleman's mustard flavour…
Bought the Coleman's mustard flavour pork scratchings from a local pub, what a con! Zero taste of mustard or even seasoning, very poor quality almost stale texture , complained to manufacturer got a standard AI generated reply would never buy again as poor quality product

Tasting box set
Got this order as part of an issue I had that was quickly and professionally resolved.
I had the taster box and found them all to be very nice but Mustard was probably my least favourite of them all.really enjoyed the salt and vinegar and maple ones! Definitely worth giving the bags a shake before opening. Will definitely buy again and without doubt the best scratchings on the market.

One of the items we bought was…
One of the items we bought was completely miss represented in the amin picture of the item.
I was looking for a mixed box of all of the flavours of scratchings, which was what was shown. But at the bottom I missed the item label as low and slow pack.
Which was ironically the only flavour I’d already tried. We made a complaint that the item bought was misrepresented
, but didn’t receive a second response after pointing out that the picture isn’t at all clear

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry for the confusion here.
We’ve double-checked your order and can confirm the item sent matched what was selected at checkout. The image on the page shows all available flavours for illustration, but the drop-down lets you choose your preferred flavour or the mixed box before adding to cart.
That said, we completely understand how the photo could be clearer, and we’ll be updating the page to make that obvious. We also offered to refund your original shipping so you could return the order and swap for the mixed box, but we didn’t hear back.
We’d still love to get this sorted for you — if you’d like to go ahead with that option, just drop us a quick reply and we’ll get it resolved.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Had a problem with the courier, they wouldn't respond but the people at snaffling pig went above and beyond to make sure i received my parcel. Couldn't recommend them enough.

The customer service i have received is fantastic. A parcel went missing/delivered to wrong address which is in no way the fault of the company yet they went out of their way to redeliver me another package before I even got a response from the courier. Plus the emails you receive always make me laugh. Top job.
