Aspirateur balai Smoture VAC02

Great customer service
The canister on my smoture vacuum broke. I emailed customer support and provided my receipt. Even though the vacuum is almost 2 years old they provided a replacement canister. I am so grateful. Great customer service. Thank you

Excellent customer service experience
I don’t usually leave reviews but had to comment on the great customer service experience. We purchased a vacuum from Smoture 1.5 years ago which we had been really happy with but recently suffered a split hose in the head of the cleaner. After contacting Smoture customer services they were extremely helpful and offered a new replacement head free of charge. Great service!
