This site has really bad reviews. I did not know this at first. I tried to signup but the site would not send a signup code to verify my email. I checked the problem solve link. It was a useless set of directions. Using direction that were not inline with my email server. Makes me think the site is just collecting email addresses for some other reason. Not good..!

stay away compeatly fake dont know how this site can get away with it going after vunerable people its hard enough out there with out site like this !!

Imagine a John Wick style hotel for dating site scammers. Well it's here folks and its called Smooch! , an astonishing amount of members not who they say they are, my investigative university project revealing the number to be around 80% fake. Some are A.I bots, some in sweaty call center compounds in Myanmar, Nigeria - India also putting in a big showing here. Some are selling sex on webcam shows ( the ones with the showing yahoo email address) and some after vulnerable peoples money and others harvesting personal details.
The owners are based in a tax haven and their profit comes from those vulnerable people paying for 'extra services' monthly. As the site is free to message Im unsure why they are paying for that though.
I would guess the HQ is based in somewhere like the Ukraine or Dubai with rows of Asian men and women with multiple phones scamming away all day. Needless to say I am one of many who have reported them to the cops for platforming blatant fraud. We hope to see it shut down as part of our uni project. STAY AWAY.

I received an email from a smoochie rep. Apparently there was a misunderstanding with my order, and I will receive my second smoochie free.

My order took so long to arrive and it’s still not delivered yet and I don’t know what to do it must be here at February 19 I hope it arrives soon as possible

Does not do anything. I’d dried out in about a hour. Not easy to use as the buttons are not working properly. Just a moisturizer. Buy City lips instead.

Received my product within 2 weeks.
Never got the buy one get one.
All I can say is..Just No.
Applied to lips Abd within 10 seconds my lips turned ruby red and felt someone put a match of fire on them.
Needless to say they plumbed out all right, but not how you wanted to look.
This product is now keeping my trash can company.

I am in the UK. I have 99 emails in my inbox in four days, all from scammers. The site is full of them. Although I report them to the site administrator, nothing is done. In fact, I even got banned from the site. I was polite, and most of the time I didn't respond to scammers. I would actually say that smooch.com, and its subsidiaries perpetuates and promotes these scammers. It's a shame that such a cancer infects dating websites, and society. Don't waste your time with Smooch.com.

Same happened to me. They are scam. No email confirmation. No product. No responds. I left the comments that are scam and the day after they deleted all the comments. Let’s report their accounts.

It’s unfortunate that I can’t give it less than a one. It has been 3 1/2 weeks now and my product is still sitting waiting to be shipped not moving. They don’t have a phone number. I’ve emailed them five times. They don’t email me back and now I filed a grievance with my credit card company.

This dating site was s full of crap. I have seen repeatedly where it stated that it is free to send and receive free messages on this site. This is totally misleading as no such thing exists and not only do have to pay to read messages but also to send. This just wastes time signing up based on a lie. In addition to this getting them to delete your profile is an absolute nightmare. Don't bother with these people.

I ordered this product on the 14th of July and I haven’t received it yet. They aren’t able to track it, the last update was in the 31st of July and it’s the 15th of August. I’m thinking is it a scam? Are all the good reviews bots or AI generated people and I’ve wasted or lost money with this company? If it ever arrives I hope that it’s worth it cause I would be PIIIISED if it isn’t…and that’s IF it arrives.

Unfortunately I had to give a star to give a review. Sadly with more research and my own experience. This seems to be just another scam. You will get a false tracking number, and no support when you question that. Other people have been lied to according the research I did and numerous complaints I found. Not recommended.

not a nice company used to be free now charge to reply to messages ime not on but getting pestered with emails saying ive got messages every day they just dont get the fact ime not interested if thinking about going on forget it try other sites

Terrible customer service, I cancelled the service and requested a full refund within the legal statutory time frame to get the refund and without any genuine reason they refused the refund, so they stole my money. DO NOT sign up to this scam website as they are crooks and will steal you money, the site is also full of fake profiles

Full of pop up ads no 1 ever replied I would not give 1 star total rip off I wish I had done my homework before jumping in head first .
70 out of pocket.
Don't bother save your money.
