Influx of multiple fakes profiles and prostitutes seeking business, absolute crap, steer well clear people

Not many good ratings on here, apart from one who says they have been on here for 9 months and basically happy. Nine months and still looking?

Honestly they say this:

ive been on here a few years and still havnt met anyone ?? all the men seen to live in the south There are very few men who live nearby.I also think that the site should be free for women then you would get more men signing up.I liked the old site was much more easier to navigate and if you didnt want to upgrade then you dont have to.sometimes through ilness or just being too busy you would still have the messages so you can still keep in contact but now messages get deleted everything which was free on the old smooch is now payable this is why more of you customers are going using different methods of comunication like skype / facebook / msn so really you are losing business to other servers because your overcharging.ive met quite a few men where we live too far apart but after your upgrade i have lost them all so i dont feel the same about your companyif i was you id go back to the old smooch your just getting too greedy you have enough advertises so bring the old smooch back or make females free !!!

I am so upset. I found my friends partner on Smooch and when I contacted Smooch they didn't care that I was upset and he was in a relationship. Apparently he was on Smooch before he met my friend and he isn't even VIP but they couldn't give a damn about his partner. Do not touch this site unless you want a sleezy person, a cheat, a scam artist or to be the third person in a relationship.

WON A COMPETITION with this company 6 months ago, NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM! they have the worst customer service I have ever delt with they told me that it got lost so they sent another NEVER RECEIVED this one either and then they don't reply to emails Definitely would not recommend to anyone

you pay for a service,but then you end up paying more for each service categoryprovided...A BIG CON.

i get emails saying i have been viewed or have messages from members which is false, i fell for it , paid the money to view and the members don't even exist in the 1st place, avoid this scam site at all costs , don't fall for it , there are many free sites out there and all are a thousand times better than this scam site

Met some guys on here, one turned out to be married but claimed to be separated, he wanted to date me, sorry i meant use me, as long as i accepted him sleeping with the wife at the weekends, what a clown!!! The other two turned out to be domestically abusive with serious drink issues. The thing is its very easy for these dating site guys to pull the wool over your eyes and take advantage of your trusting nature while stringing you along in order to inflate their pathetic ego. Anyone with half a brain must surely realise there is something very wrong when one resorts to paying to chat.

SMOOCH HAS BEEN WORKING HARD TO SEPERATE THE WHEAT FROM THE CHAFF, AND IS DOING A GREAT JOB. I'VE HAD A COUPLE OF TECHNICAL ISSUES, THE STAFF WERE A GREAT HELP AND SORTED THESE OUT FOR WITHOUT DELAY, AND I WAS ABLE TO CARRY ON CHATTING, THANK YOU GUYS. Smooch is a dating site I thought, but so far my experience has been bad, cos the men are not genuine, they are not seeking for a relationship only looking for sex, they lie in their profile, wanting a life partner it's not the case some are perverts, they should not be on this dating site as there are sites out there that would suit them for there sexual needs, smooch should seriously look at the type members they have on there site, as there are many of us that are looking for genuine relationships, most of these men are married or in a relationship that are just looking for fun and the worse thing is they lie that they are single, to many fake men on this site, whom are paying members, I am so disappointed that smooch would allow men like these on there dating site, they are giving the site a bad reputation.

I signed up to Smooch 6 years ago and within 1 week I deactivated my account. The guy that had sent me a quick message in that time was the same guy I married last year.
There will always be a percentage of people who have false profiles, on this site and on every other site (they obviously don't get the attention they crave for at home).
Be patient; there are genuine people on there, you've just got to find them!
I'm sure the site may have changed over the years, but it certainly worked for us!

I have not really, taken, the dating at all seriously, and indeed, I wonder why, I filled in my particulars, I have a number of issues, with on line dating sites, the biggest, problem for me is, THE TEAM?......... They read your messages, send you the most unsuitable hook ups, (partners) whatever....... you like to address, these humans, they make me turn off,
completely, so I guess what I am trying to say, on-line dating is not for me. and the constant bugging, bestowed, on you, to join up for membership. These dating sites should monitor, carefully, the objects,
who sign up.

Find it very hard to navigate and understand since it was revampted sometime ago cosiquently I hardly ever visit these days

There have been so many changes to Smooch over the years that I've used the site, none of which have been for the better!

I refuse to pay to use dating sites - my experience of paid for dating sites resulted in me being contacted by a scammer. So, I refuse to pay for the 'extra benefits' the Smooch site alleges to offer.

Also, I hate the way that, once logged in, this site takes you to the chat room. Why for heaven's sake?!

I found that a lot of the male users just want to text. Most dont turn up when they have adked to meet. Ive been on a few dates where the man as turn up and they have been nice but thats all. I find the amount of message not enough to really chat.

the site itself is really good just some the folk on it just to find one decent ,honest person is a mammoth struggle
