Hi,

We’re sorry to see this concern, and we’d like to clarify a few points.

During the early development of Smilemylife, a small number of designs did not meet the originality standards we expect from ourselves today. Those designs were reviewed and removed, and we have since strengthened our design and intellectual-property review process. Our current collection is developed around original concepts and designs created for Smilemylife.

We also want to clarify that Smilemylife is a real operating business serving customers internationally. Like many cross-border brands, parts of our operations may be supported from different locations. We do not intend to misrepresent who we are or where we operate.

We take both originality and transparency seriously. If there is a specific current design or piece of information on our website that you believe is inaccurate, we genuinely welcome you to point it out and we will review it carefully.

We’re continuing to improve and appreciate being held to a high standard.
