I had multiple issues trying to get the Smilebox to run smoothy after many years of successfully using Smilebox. They gracefully supported me through this transition. It worked and I successfully sent an Easter card to many friends and family. Thanks for the support.

Initially the answer didn’t help my problem because it was a program issue - slideshow timing. But, when problem was fixed. I got an update. My problem is now fixed and I was able to complete the slideshow.

I had to text service support and the response was fast and helpful.

My problem was dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. As for my feedback in relation to adding all fees are charged in US dollar as this can be confusing and highly shocking when the charge appears on your bank statement I will have to wait and see.

I have subscribed to Smilebox for many years and have always found Customer Support to be prompt, efficient and courteous. I have had many queries and always found the support so helpful and kind. I fully recommend both the product and the support.

I have enjoyed smilebox for many years and I've always had a great experience with their product and their prompt customer service

The past 2 days I was in contact with the service helpdesk of Smilebox. I asked to end my account, but I could not login. I experienced great help and willingness from a very nice lady. She responded very fast on my mails, in which I explained my problem. And she stayed with me till now every misunderstanding is solved. She confirmed that my account will be ended after the term I paid for, which was my wish anyway. I compliment her and the company of Smilebox for the customer friendly attitude and help.

This company makes it super difficult to cancel subscriptions and although I have paid for many years I do not have have access to old creations. There is no way to cancel online and the phone number they provide does not give access to a live agent. The site is not easy to use and has not signifIcantly improved over the years. Do not waste your money like I have! I did finally figure out how to cancel by email and when I complained about the process the agent gaslighted me by telling me it was my fault for not knowing that I had signed up many years ago on a desk top and that is why I could not cancel it when accessing the site on my phone. They have also refused any compensation
I am super disappointed in this company!

Your staff has always been extremely helpful whenever I have had problems. The latest one was that I couldn't send my creation to my contacts, the little box that always appears on the side of each name, wasn't there. Maria, your agent took care of my problem immediately and solved it.

Smilebox has many templates to choose from, navigation was easy to figure out. I enjoyed it the last 7 or so years but Ive started using Canva

I just realized this company has been charging me an annual subscription since 2015. The link to cancel is not working. I suggest someone from your company contact me.
I replied to the email this compnay sent requesting to cancel this account AND I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM THEM CONFIRMING THE CANCELLATION!

Prompt response to resolving a billing issue in a professional manner.

Smilebox Plus is a good slideshow app for beginners with lots of features. However, since inception, this is now a web based app and lacks upload quality as was before. It no longer uploads video clips which I loved. I miss the old product (non web based) plus the pro version is pricey. Overall good but lacks newer features for family and sporting events like baseball, soccer, kids musicals.

Smilebox is a great tool for quick, fun, and personalized school projects. It’s easy to use for making invitations, thank-you cards, and slideshows. The templates are fantastic, and adding music makes my projects stand out. Highly recommend Smilebox for anyone who wants to create beautiful projects fast!

Smilebox is great software for those special projects or moments that you want to capture. I have used it for slide shows with music of my choice. There are numerous options available for cards, invitations etc. it’s easy to use. Support is available if needed.
