I have used this company a couple of times. On each occasion, I have been happy with the purchase. It is as described on the website. This time around, there was a slight delay in the delivery. I contacted them and they immediately replied. It was more of a Royal Mail issue. Anyway - happy to report that the item arrived and I am a happy customer.

Good but not great sizing.
The costume is good but we found it to be small and by that I mean short. We ordered a 7-9 years, my daughter is 7 and average height but it is a bit short. Also the collar doesn’t stand up like it does on the picture shown. We’re still happy with it though.

Not happy
I work in a school and we were having a Halloween dress up day, I placed my order a week advance. The dress up day is on Friday and a day before I get an email that the item has been returned. I didn’t return the item, I now have nothing to dress up as. So annoyed.
