How can a site which shows '250 reviews' on its website then does not display them be legitimate. I am certainly not shopping with such a dodgy approach !

Scam company
Scam company. Sent us a different item to what we ordered, so we sent it back in the original packaging, they said it was broken upon return so wouldn't refund us and claimed this is stated in their Ts and Cs even though it isn't, as I proved to them at the time. PLEASE AVOID

Dear Christopher,
Please be informed that the returned item was broken also beyond repair and we have already provided the evidence.
As per the "Return & Refund" terms, it was mentioned that the damaged product is not acceptable to us and also we can't claim it from the supplier. The warranty gets void if the item is physically damaged, or water damaged.
Kind regards,
Daniel.
