Reliable and efficient and the black box does keep the insurance costs dow.

AWFULLLLLLL, I know how the trackers work as we use them on company cars and we also have similar issues (all the time). Told me I was going over 90mph when I dont think ive ever been over 80 in a car. Constantly being told my black box is unplugged even though the car isnt being driven as i was on furlough.

Even when we cancel the renewal they take unauthorised funds

I've been rang by VW who I lease my car from to tell me that my car isn't insured and will be repossessed in 19 days - even though I have apparently been insured with SDCI since last October and have policy documents to prove it! Checked on askMID.com and it says I'm not insured! I flagged this as an issue almost a month ago and they said they would sort it and haven't, rang again today and they said they would try again, with zero urgency.

not bad company. They increased the premium every year so left eventually. No negotiation on the premium as they do not have control of this. They said that they need to speak with underwriter.

the instructions that came with the tag was not very clear on what to do with name driver signing up and ive been asked multiple times to send pictures of car but they will not upload.

I done the insurance policy in line ,everything went as smoothly as possible, no complaints.

Requested my money back and was told not until 21 days although this request will leave me short for my insurance / new policy

I am a named driver on my wife’s policy and have my own vehicle which I drive daily. Despite only being a named driver they still expect to follow my every move 24/7. They need to develop better software that can identify when you are in the car covered by the policy as what I do outside of the vehicle is simply my own business and none of theirs. I’m becoming extremely annoyed at the constant emails telling me to allow the app access to my location. SDC if you read this can you explain why you need to know I’m in the toilet?

Always been easy and straightforward to use. Was a little sceptical because of other negative reviews but haven’t had any major problems so far. Prices have always been lower than any other insurer. Although I renewed and my score didn’t reset which i assumed would happen? I do a lot of motorway driving and so it flags as speeding because max speed is limited to 70 which is a little frustrating..

I give you 5 star you doing good but not for me because I am lorry driver and drive UK to Europe. Coming back sometime late night you not allowed drive night time. Second I am not good read and writings I used smart phone but use only for social media. I not understand your App. You give me warning cancel my policy. I don’t know what I do .
