Smartdriverclub Insurance Arvostelua 

My experience has been excellent. I don’t normally review but in this instance I am happy to post. I would recommend to all careful and competent drivers. Only downside for me is the 0500 curfew that can occasionally be inconvenient for my work but is negated by the low cost of the policy.

Cancelled within a few days once I was sent a tracker type thing, I honestly didn’t realise it was a black box company. I’m 37 and no way am I been tracked on how I drive to what I pay insurance maybe good for a much younger driver or new driver
They refunded me as soon as they received the smart tracker back (send this recorded delivery)
Although it was all a bit of mess on when they could of stated on the comparison sites that’s the type of company they are
I didn’t realise because they where round about the same price as other insurers if they were massively cheaper I’d or realised
I’m with a cheaper insurer now no tracker

A cheat of a company, I insured my car and cancelled within 3days and I wasn't refunded my deposit or any of it. £109.70 just like that. Extremely bad customer service. Please don't do business with this company. They are crooks.

Cancel within 10 days and they charge 80 quid. Terms say no curfew but there is at night time for late night key workers. Disgraceful company.

I got an email saying thank you for renewing? I called up and canceled my insurance and had a letter so say it was canceled? why am i getting emails saying its renewed.

Been with smart driver club for 3 years now, renewals always come out cheaper than other insurers when I do a comparison.

App makes it really easy to keep track of documents.

Driving with the 'black box' takes a bit of getting used to as sticking to the speed limit is harder than you might think - but I guess that is the point! It has definitely made me a safer driver and I would recommend SmartDriverClub as an insurer. After a year of driving I had a 40% discount on renewal which gave easily the cheapest renewal quote although not by as much as I imagined (about £90 on the next cheapest). I have just renewed my insurance with them for the 3rd year.
